Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

I was at work when Daniel came. He was very nice and called me on my cell phone to ask what I expected since my husband was the one home. I typically use Stanley steamers and am very happy with their service even though last time they did leave my carpet very wet but they didn’t have and deals at the time. So I ended up going to sears and purchased 4 rooms a hall way and got a free 100 sq feet of tile done. The carpet had spots that were gone but the overall look and cleanliness of the carpet I was not happy with. My husband said he was surprised it only took 1 hour to do all of the work and I am disappointed by that. I don’t know if it was the technician or the equipment or an overloaded schedule so I will not speak down on the technician, but I would definitely not recommended sears since the overall results were not even close to what the website and sears videos showed with what to expect.

i called them to clean my sofa and was given a price of 169.99 when they came to clean it they told me it was gonna be 229.00 because they had to spray an enzyme on it and then they had a 9.00 fee for gas etc. then they tried to sell me a carpet cleaning and a duct cleaning . they then told me they should spray a scotch guard on it for an adddl 50.00. I will never use them again. the rep even told me he would remove the 9.00 fee because they never tell you about the fee on the phone but then he never removed it. what a scam of a company

Our team were very polite and helpful to two old seniors. They moved some heavy furniture for us, willingly. The carpet was left clean and fresh. They were quiet and respectful.
We will remember Sears the next time it needs cleaned.

Jose did an amazing job with my condo. I basically will wear those plastic slippers around for the next 3 years to preserve my like-new carpet! He went above and beyond when it came to getting the tools up to the 3rd floor of my condo, even climbing through some planters to get the hose to my balcony. He was efficient, honest with the prices and services, and quick. I'm so glad I chose this company and 10/10 would hire again.

Very satisfied. Kevin and Allen showed up on time, were professional and efficient. We did a walk through and they provided booties so we didn't ruin the newly cleaned carpets. Thank you! Would definitely use again. Took about 4 hours to thoroughly dry.

My family ordered a cleaning service for our carpets and we recieved Bernardo and Alan. Both were very professional and friendly. They explained to us how they were going to clean the carpets and answered our questions with no hesitation. Afterwards they asked for our opinion on how the carpet looked to see if they needed to go over it again. Wonderful people that provided a wonderful job.

I received my appointment for the day after my original contact, which I thought was great on the verge of the holidays. Technicians arrived at the beginning of the promised time frame and completed their work efficiently and thoroughly. I would definitely use this service again.
