Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

Very nice job with cleaning. Unfortunately I was not at home when the carpets were cleaned. We had agreed on a service and price before they arrived but in my absence they told my wife that we needed an enzyme treatment which increased the cost by over 50 percent. I should have briefed my wife ahead of time so my bad. Still I’m disappointed that this happened.

Giovanni, Josheph L., and Israel P. were very good. They did more than what we requested. They were very nice to my in-laws whom one has dementia. They even cleaned out the fans for them. Very good services. Two thumbs up.

We had a great experience with this service. Allan and Daniel were both very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous with my family as they cleaned our furnace + air ducts. Would highly recommend.

Service was good. Cleaners were nice. Was not told about the Scotchguard on phone and how much more that would cost. Found out "day of", but he gave me a discount. I still have not received my online receipt to give landlord. It's been 2 weeks now.

I definitely would recommend Sears and will continue to use them.

They were honest to inform us why they were before the scheduled time, which turned out to be perfect timing for us. Their explanation was a little too fast and the work for 3 rooms was complete in 25 minutes, so I will have to check to make sure all carpet spots were cleaned.

Raul was very pleasant, went about his business, told me when I had problem areas, recommended future protections for my carpet. I was very pleased. He did a great job!

Our upholstery cleaning came out beautifully. The technician was on time, polite and did an amazing job . We will definitely use Sears again in the future.
