Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

I was UP SOLD and feel ripped off! I was told it was going to be $108 to come and clean the vent duct on my dryer. I asked the lady several time when making the appointment what would cause it to be more, and she assured me that if the place where the vent exited the house was on above my head that would be the cost. When the man arrived he was there for over an hour " assessing" the ducting and he called and said "it was very dirty". he even sent pictures....then when it came time to do the work which took all of about 15 min., he called back and I was told it was going to be $233.00 more than double the price that I was quoted on the phone because it was full of lint. Well that is why I called them in the first place, to clean out the lint. DONT use this company !! There ad says clean 8 vents for $99. I wouldn't have minded paying $108 or even $130...but more than double...Really ...ripped off and ticked off in SD

I recently had my Travertine and carpet cleaned, which I do every 6 months. I've had this franchisee do this for several years now. Israel came this time, and he is incredible. The appointment folks really know the business and are helpful and pleasant. The on-site people are always very polite, on-time, interested in what I say and do a very good job cleaning. I can't recommend them highly enough! (I also had them clean my air ducts!)

Isreal came out on time in the morning, prepared with excellent customers service and knowledgeable expertise. My 10 year old carpets were cleaned better than expected. I am glad Sears and their staff did not disappoint. And they also offer cleaning specials! Great discount pricing! I will be seeking them out for any future carpet/flooring services.

I have had repeated service from Sears Carpet Cleaning for both carpets and upholstery. Each and every time, I have been entirely satisfied with the work they did, especially Jose M, who I request each visit. He is particularly conscientious and knowledgeable. His customer service is exceptional!

It was very easy to schedule, and they give you a text message heads up 30min prior to arrival.

Our technicians were Allan & Joseph. They were extremely professional, and efficient!

They wore shoe coverings and did a great job cleaning up after. They also explained to my husband and I the benefits of doing vent cleaning and how often we should be maintaining.

Will Definitely be using Sears again in the future.

My Technician called me every time he came across something with the carpets that needed more attention than just a regular steam clean. He was very professional and explained every recommendation to me on why it would be best to upgrade. I had out of town guest coming in Tuesday. I called Sears Saturday to see if I could get an appointment for my carpets to be clean on Monday. However they were booked so I couldn't get one till Tuesday. Monday morning they called me to confirm my appointment. At that time I asked if they had any cancelations? The agent placed me on hold to check. Came back and said yes Mrs Johnson we can fit you in for today. Sounds great! The technicians that came out were very polite, positive and professional. They did a wonderful, wonderful job! No longer was I to be embarrassed by the looks of my carpet when my out of town guest arrive. Thank you Sears the Carpet Cleaning Team

The technician, Rojelio Martinez was very nice and professional. He did an awesome job cleaning my carpets. My carpeting is 12 years old, but he was able to get the dirt out and I was very happy with the results. I have used Sears CAapet cleaning for several years now.
