I originally had a issue with Moore Home Service's But after a Conversation with the Manager and they sent Cody out to look at my Heater Ducts I was Very Taken Care of. He Answered my questions, did a Very thorough examination under my home. He Did a Excellent Job, I would Highly Recommend Moore Home Service's

Moore Home Services came out yesterday, replaced my ancient water heater with a new on demand unit. In one day! In addition to adding an outside shower. The guys were most friendly, and responsive and did a beautiful job. They worked a 9 hour day to get it all done. This is the second time they've done work for me
(installed a new HVAC system a few years back). I highly recommend this company for your home systems repair or
upgrade. JG

Sam came out for an a/c bid. He explained options and recommended a split. The price was fair and Sam arranged for financing with zero down. Today Brad, Mario and a third tech came out and performed the installation. They were professionable and personable. I now have electric heat and a/c for my family room. Highly recommend!

After first calling in May of this year with an air conditioning issue, Moore has sent five different technicians to our home and our AC his been dysfunctional ever since. They replace a circuit board, and then the blower fan but neither made any difference. We endured a couple of historic heat waves without AC. We tried to be patient but on the fifth service call we were told that not only was a circuit board defective, its replacement also was. The fan replacement was probably unnecessary. Then they tried rewiring the connection between the circuit board and the blower and AC unit. That didn't work either. This was in August. Not a word since. Now it is nearly October. The Moore service people are always polite and friendly so I am not complaining about that. But there has always been a long lag in follow-up. This is unacceptable.

Great technicians. Knowledgable. Friendly and polite. I would certainly recommend them for maintaining HVAC systems.

This company is great. 3rd time I have used them for plumbing and hvac. They always call before coming out and technicians are extremely courteous. They always give you a cost before performing service and explain what is wrong and what service will be done and why. I've recommended them to alot of people.
