We have used Moore Home Services for over 5 years. There technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable, and answer any and all questions patiently. There work is excellent.

I have had Moore Home Services come and perform a furnace tune-up and cleaning for three years now and have had nothing but good results. The technicians are very friendly, professional, and do an excellent job. I highly recommend their services.

Had them out to the house as it seemed the heater was not putting out sufficient heat. Shortly after technician arrived a coworker of his was passing by on his way home and dec died to drop by and see if he could be of assistance. (Wow!) They explained how a heater becomes less efficient as it ages but did not try and sell me a new one. They cleaned mine and inspected, and replaced the air filters.
I mentioned the register in the master bath puts out no heat and would have to have them back later in the year to repair it. Without hesitation one of the techs was climbing about under my house in a very confined crawl space. He located the problem (a ducting joint had broke loose) and repaired it.

I would highly recommend that you get a 2nd opinion before you give this company a single dollar. Why do you think they only charge you $19 to come and "check" things out for you? Because they're nice people? No! they're just looking for an opportunity to sell you on thousands of dollars of services you potentially don't need. Perfect example: my mother in law just had them come over to check things out because the ac wasn't working and their solution was to spend $1400 on two parts with no guarantee of fixing things, or better yet, they highly recommended that she just replace her entire furnace with them which would end up costing potentially close to $10k if not higher. Thankfully I was there to make sure she didn't get ripped off by them again as they took advantage of her a couple months prior. Long story short, ended up hiring a hvac self contractor and he fixed the problem for less then $300. He did mention to me that he used to work for another company just like this one and in his words he described them as wolfs in sheep clothing. Don't trust these people and make sure you get a 2nd opinion. It's better to spend a little bit extra to get a 2nd opinion then to just shell out your hard earn money with them.

I have the annual service plan; they were out for the AC review. Knowledgeable and thorough. Would be helpful to have the AC and Heating done same day. For some reason, CS team says not possible. I appreciate the value of this annual fee.

The tech who came to my house did a wonderful job and explained to me what was going to be done. I felt very comfortable with what was done and very happy that he did outstanding work too!

Today my wife had Moore Home Services come out to fix our air conditioner. The technician that came out was very professional and worked very hard to fix our problem. We will be using Moore Home services again as the need arises...

Excellent (and friendly!) service for both the clogged sink drainage line and the furnace maintenance. Techs arrive within window of estimated arrival time and are careful about putting on shoe covers as necessary. I never have complaints about any Moore Home Services techs and the service performed, only compliments.
