My AC went out and called Cozy Home Services. They were so helpful and sent a tech out within a half hour. My tech Colby was very professional and explain throughly what was needed to get it fixed. He got my AC up and running in no time! Very affordable and will be my GO TOO!! Highly recommend!!

Jeff was the technician that came out.

He arrived on time and he found the problem within 15 minutes.

He provided multiple option. We decided that my 24 year old system was not worth repairing.

Jeff suggested going with a heat pump since I have solar and I’m glad I went for it.

Jeff was is an expert he answered all my questions made it extremely easy in purchasing a new system.

Now I have an energy efficient system and no longer have to use gas to heat my home.

I definitely recommend Cozy Home Services. Of course as the temperatures rise, my A/C decided not to work. I called after hours and received a call first thing the next morning and Jeff came out that afternoon. He was extremely helpful and informative. Fixed my system and even my door :). The fan in our AC unit recently stopped working and I was nervous to contact another AC repair company because I had such a bad experience with Air Essentials. Cozy Home and Jeff came to my rescue and reassured me that the AC fan could be repaired. Jeff was great because he knew what repair was needed immediately and provided me a cost effective estimate. Jeff was very professional and had great communication by walking me through the process step by step. Cozy Home is now the company I rely on for great service! 2/7/23. This is my second time using Cozy Home Services. Our heating system went down during the weekend after hours. I was able to get help the following day and received a thorough diagnosis of what was wrong. Cozy Home Services was able to order parts and repair our furnace within a day. Jeff was exceptionally diligent in his work and very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Jason is a great owner and takes care of his clients. We hopefully look forward to a solar install with the company in the near future. Great experience as always!

Had air conditioning added to our existing system. Taylor & Josh we’re our installers. Everything went smoothly & looks great. Taylor was over the top in professionalism & really aimed to please. Cozy Home Services was excellent! Technicians to Installers were all very polite and professional. The Office Staff and Scheduler are also very friendly and extremely helpful. Our entire experience was easy and enjoyable. We would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Used Cozy a couple years ago when my heater broke. They came out almost immediately on Christmas Eve and got us back up and running quickly. Didn’t feel cheated or taken advantage of. Actually called the owner, Jason, and thanked him personally. I decided from that point on to call them when there is a problem. This weekend, when the temps started climbing, of course my AC went out. Called them on Saturday and Jeff was at my house on Monday. It was fixed in about an hour and he took the time to explain everything in detail. I decided to upgrade a few parts at his suggestion and did so because I trust them to give it to me straight. I also signed up for a low monthly service fee (I never do this stuff) to start having them come out twice a year to ensure everything is running properly and to hopefully avoid any future major problems or expenses. Good job Cozy. Highly recommended.

I used Cozy Home Service for an AC install on my rental property and was impressed with the service provided by the Lead Technician Kolby. He's an honest guy and I didn't feel he was trying to up-sell me product or service. Definitely will be using Cozy again for my Furnace and AC maintenance or installation.

I highly recommend Cozy Home Services! My 40+ yo gas furnace finally died and Jeff Saldivar met with me to review my options. I really appreciated how he was forward-thinking and explained why going with a ductless heat pump system would not only be more efficient and cost effective over time, but also better for the environment. The team that did the install was courteous and professional, kept me updated about the status along the way, was respectful of my house and ensured that I understood how to operate my new system and that everything was functioning as it should before they left.
