Terrific service! Everything was explained really clearly and we felt confident that we would be getting the best system to suit our needs. Everything was installed as planned and is working great. We managed to screw something up with the thermostat, and Jason came out right away to get everything working right again. Jason took care of all of the details like pulling all permits and getting us a bunch of rebates, too. Highly recommend!

This was an emergency call and the owner took the time to change his schedule for the day to help me with my heater problem. I am a first time customer and searched all morning to find someone. Cozy was God sent to me. When I’m ready to do the rest of my repairs/replacement I am definitely going to have them to it. I’ve spoken to the owner Jason about getting a new system installed. He is a high pressure salesman that will take advantage of how little you know about ac systems and convince you you’re making the right choice.

I wouldn’t recommend him to my enemies. Fall for his trap if you want to.

They designed and built a unique split mitsubishi heating and cooling system for our custom home in Suisun on the water. It was a challenging project but Cozy was one of the few companies that I could trust with the job.

Disappointed and would not recommend services. Also, he exposes customers personal information online is inappropriate and jeopardizes the safety of his customers. He is difficult and short tempered…not a good attitude for a business owner.
