I’ve had wonderful experiences with this company. Unlike many other HVAC service company, even the owner is involved! When was the last time you dialed a business after hours and the owner answers? Today, one of the technicians, Kolby, repaired an a/c promptly, followed up, and relieved a family of four which included a baby on the hottest day of the season. I have more than four decades of experience in working with HVAC companies, so don’t pass up Cozy Home Services. They are staffed with the very best and knowledgeable technicians and a responsive, warm, cheerful staff 24/7 and on holidays. The icing on the cake is their prices are reasonable. Add to that community service, so when calling them, you’re also helping the youth in our community.

The air handler (for a ducted system) was noisy from the initial installation. Jeff recognized the fan was making more noise than it should. When he removed the cover he located a piece of tape (likely from packing material) hidden in the fan area. In addition he noted that the filter in the air intake plenum was not necessary. The unit is much quieter. Because the fan is no longer obstructed and the motor does not need to work as hard to pull air.

Jason and his crew did a great job installing several mini-split air conditioning/heating units, moving our water heater to the garage and arranging for installation of solar panels on our roof. We had an old furnace, only 2 vents in our home and no air conditioning so these ductless units are great! We are very comfortable now. Thank you!

We just had our new electric heating and cooling system installed! I can’t say enough good things about the system they installed for us. but Cozy Home was very professional and efficient. This experience was great from start to finish! From the initial phone call with Karla, to Kolby the design technician coming over, and giving us multiple options, that really addressed our concerns.

We had multiple other local companies giving us estimates, but Cozy Homes by far blew them out of the water!! We are so happy that we chose to do business with this company, and would HIGHLY recommend anyone give them a call! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

From the time of call to employee reaching the home was less than two hours. Technician was professional, polite, straight forward, and provided options.
