I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Cozy Home Services for the excellent customer service from start to finish on my new heating and air system and solar project. It was determined that I needed a new unit. I decided to call every air conditioning contractor in the local magazine that comes to our mailbox. All the sales people that came out to provide a quote were okay. But one in particular blew me away with his comprehensive approach to the comfort and efficiency of our home. Cozy Home Services was not only the most informative, but gave us proper options to actually fix the issues going on. After speaking with Jason, the owner, we also decided to get our solar with them as well. The installation went so smooth. BIG shout out to Eric, Justin, Glad, Dominic, and Cesar my installers who were the upmost professional and respectful of our home. Highly recommend!

Cozy Home Services was very responsive to my call for help. Few businesses will still work on wall heaters! Technician Juan went out of his way to find the needed part to repair my wall furnace. Great job, Juan!

Where do we begin?? Called the owner Jason at 8pm at night as our A/C wasn’t cold and it was 95 outside! Jason answered his phone right away and said we’d be able to get an appt next day! The nicest woman from their office called In the morning to schedule our appt. We had the best technician come out - Jeff! Very prompt, polite and professional - he went over everything that needed repair. Price was very reasonable and he fixed it on site same day!!! We HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them for all HVAC and plumbing issues going forward! Thank you Jason and Jeff!!

I have had the pleasure of interacting with the team at Cozy Home Services several times over the past year. I can say, without a doubt, that their team is top-tier! Alexa, their Office Manager, is always available, chipper, and knowledgeable. Whenever I have a question for her regarding their services, she always knows exactly what I'm talking about. Jason, the Owner, is one of the most customer-driven people I've met. Whenever I get the chance to speak with Jason, he's always up to date on the newest trends and technologies.

Kolby was friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything in detail. Didnt put any pressure purchaseing a new system but very informative of the pros and cons of my existing system.

Great work by Aldo, Erin and Taylor. They carefully removed our old furnace and AC condenser and installed a new system in a day. Very nice guys and very thoughtful.

Cozy Home Services installed a Mitsubishi mini split unit at our home. The owner came to give us the estimate, which was very competitive, and we had the cost estimate the same day. The crew that came to do the replacement was very professional, courteous and on time. We were very impressed with the service and product so we definitely plan to call them again for future projects.

My System was not heating properly and I just needed to get someone out to take a look at it as soon as possible. I called and was greeted by a wonderful lady who got me booked right away. Jason came out and took care of the problem quickly efficiently and well priced. I would recommend Cozy Home Services to anyone and I will be using them again in the future.
