CABS Heating & Air Conditioning

I've called CABS at least 3 times since moving in last year. Every-time their customer service was always prompt and professional.

Ben was on-time and very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. I had a dead thermostat and needed a replacement. Ben was able to install without any problems and fairly quick.

The service was excellent I even became a member so that the next time I need to have my other thermostat replaced I would be in good hands.

I would recommend this company because so far they have been reliable and service has been great.

The CABS rep (Nicolas) was prompt and gave me a lot of time explaining their heat pump options and their solar panels options. I had a lot of questions. I was provided with lots of very good and useful information about sizing, energy use of the heat pump, specs, etc. Follow-up visits by field techs to evaluate my particular situation were prompt and informative. The price was very competitive.

I can't express how much I appreciate working with CABS! Every staff member I've worked with over the years is incredibly helpful, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

I'm on the $18/month plan so I receive two tune-ups per year, and priority (including weekend) service.

About a week ago, I had some recurring AC issues and CABS did everything in their power to get it back up and running. Unfortunately, the compressor is about to go out, and I have a Freon leak that's already been repaired once.

Realizing that I'm about to go into summer without AC and in absolutely no financial position to purchase a new whole house system, I was incredibly stressed out and feeling pretty depressed if I'm honest.

Ronnie, my technician, was such a shining light in a pretty dark week trying to figure out how I'm going to get through the summer. Ronnie did everything in his power to try to help me figure out an affordable solution. In addition, he was so caring and kind in all of our interactions, and was emotionally supportive when I ended up in tears. Even though it's a really depressing place to be in, Ronnie made me feel so much better with his kindness.

Although I'm going to have to save up and wait until next year to replace my system, I have a couple of windows units being delivered this week so I'll get through this summer! But, as soon as I get the funds saved up, I will definitely be working with CABS to get a new system! Can't recommend them highly enough!

First, I want to say that you to CABS, when I made my appointment few weeks in advance, they did a follow up that they were coming on the 18th and sent a text with his photo. (Customer Service is gone, but CABS Heating and Air Conditioning made me believe again.)

Ronnie did the service. He was knowledgeable and professional. In addition, he explained the unit I have for the house is too small and almost time to replace the unit. I was/am was aware that my unit is almost at end of life. What I appreciate about Ronnie, he educated me on units that CABS installs and why the company stands behind them.He wasn't trying to sell me a unit, but wanted to educate me to make sure that I choose the right one that was best fit for my needs. I felt he was professional, humble and knows his job. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again and again.

I am very satisfied with the products and services that CABS has provided. The pricing for a new HVAC system was extremely competitive and the installation was completed in a very timely manner. Importantly, all of the staff and technicians with whom we have interacted are highly knowledgable and professional.

Michael was very polite and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently and repaired our broken thermostat. Now we have working AC again. Overall wonderful company, from scheduling to repairs. Highly recommend them for HVAC services.

I am a subscriber for few years. The staffs are very responsive and helpful. The service people are prompt and knowledgeable and professional. I trusted CABS to replace the entire heating and AC system including duct work in 2022. Michael did a great job doing routine maintenance. He is professional and attentive. I highly recommend CABS.

I've had several different services conducted by CABS staff and each time I'm impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. They always answer my questions and never talk down to me, as a woman over 60, and never try to sell me additional services or products. I recommend CABS to friends and co-workers.

This is a very reliable business. I appreciate the monthly contract. I am able to have with them so that the check ups in the fall and in the spring are free and if there is a Service need, I am given top priority. I highly recommend them.
