CABS Heating & Air Conditioning

CABS is one of the most professional and reliable companies out there! My AC stopped working a few days ago right at the beginning of a big heat wave. I immediately called CABS worried that it may take several days to get service as I’m sure many other people had their AC fail as well but I do have the comfort club membership which gives priority scheduling and emergency service which I highly recommend to all. The very wonderful Veronica answered and of course knew exactly who I was and immediately reached out to the tech’s to see what they could do. She got back to me within minutes informing me that Paul, one of the tech’s that normally services my equipment, would come by immediately even though it was end of the day already and he was already at his home. He was literally at my doorstep in less than an hour from when I first called and he was able fix the issue. He could have waited until the morning but he knows I have two little girls so he decided to come right away. I can’t thank Veronica and Paul enough for helping me out! They are a true dream team!

This is a top notch company. Wish I had found them years ago. All of my contacts with this company have been great. They are very friendly and also professional. They installed a new HVAC for me and have also been here twice for normal (free) checkups. They also have a great plan for future checkups on your HVACs. In my opinion they deserve a gold star.

The lady who answered my call and got my appointment set up was very helpful and friendly. She explained everything to me and got someone to my door within an hour. Paul, the technician that came out was great. Very professional, clean and explained what I needed to have repaired. I was very pleased with my outcome.

I have used Cabs for 4 years for my home and rental property. They are very professional, reliable and honest. It is a very pleasure to do business with a firm that is trustworthy and service oriented. I use their annual maintenance service and just had my a/c tune up. They spent a lot of time servicing the unit and cleaning it, as well as, replacing the
Allergy filters we use. I have had some bad experiences with other firms and really comfortable recommending Peter and his crew.

Had an urgent A/C repair due to disabled relative with severe asthma and even though the team was fully booked the office management staff (Brianna) went above and beyond to ensure that we got service the same day. I can't thank them enough for their compassion and consideration. Everyone else we called refused to come out for at least a day or two. It's nice to know there's still people out there who care. I highly recommend them to anybody else looking honest and dependable for an honest and dependable company.

Our technician Paul was on time, friendly and very professional. He solved an AC issue and tuned up the HVAC. We joined the CABS club since we were happy with the service
