CABS Heating & Air Conditioning

I was happy with the service and the system has been running great for a month now. All of the install work is clean and was done how I asked as I had a few specific requests where conduit and wires were ran (reasonably obviously.) I felt like they were well equipped, knowledgeable, and prepared. Cleaned up well after the job was finished. Technicians were on time and the administrative staff was easy to work with. Very satisfied with my service and will work with them again if needed in the future.

I cannot be more pleased with the service we were provided by CABS Heating and Air when they recently installed a new AC/ Heating unit in our home. From Briana in the office to techs in the field, the customer service they provided was excellent! They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions during the decision making process. They presented us with options and provided us the information necessary to feel confident in our purchase. Prior to our installation we had used CABS on a few occasions for emergency repairs and they were quick and accommodating to come out and repair our AC, even during the peak of summer when it can be challenging to have someone come out within a few days! I would definitely recommend to friends and family looking for AC/Heating repairs or installation.

We had CABS install a new HVAC system last year, and have been very happy with ongoing service. Their technicians are prompt and courteous, and happily answered all my questions. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC service or repair.

We have used CABS for years and like using a local business. They initially repaired and maintained our old HVAC and then installed our new one. We use their service plan for the summer and winter maintenance. We’re reminded when the service is due, appointments are made and we receive a text when they are on their way. We’ve never had an issue with any of the employees or their work.

We’re very happy with our CABS services. They replaced two old hvac units with new ones, and installed new thermostats, new ducting, and new insulation. They helped us take advantage of rebates that saved us a lot of money. They gave us an easy to understand bid. They started work promptly. The team was professional, courteous, and followed COVID-19 safety practices (masks, distancing, etc.). We would definitely recommend them.

Have the membership with cabs for cleaning air conditioning and Heat. Good work very professional office personnel polite and professional. Would recommend caps to everyone.

My A/C was not working great so I called CABS and they were able to come look at it within just a couple of days. Our technician Paul did an awesome job. He checked out our system completely before he let us know what our issue was. He was able to give us a quote on two options within minutes. He was able to fix our system right away and it is working great. I definitely recommend CABS Heating & Air.

I’ve had CABS out to my 12 year old home three times now and have had quick, efficient, and professional experiences each time. Most recently their service rep Paul fixed my issue with ease and precision, even explaining what was going on and what he was doing to fix the problem (he seemed to be having fun doing his job). I almost complained that the A/C was too cold! I will continue to use and refer CABS to the rest of my contacts and our neighborhood already appreciates their service.

CABS Heating & Air Condtioning provided excellent service. The service person (Michael B) arrived on time to perform a service check of the ac system. Michael was courteous and respectful of my home by wearing foot coverings and a face mask. Michael advised my filter required changing and was able to complete the work immediately. Michael did not have to set a new time to return, but had the part ready to install. Great work and very professional.
