Brown’s Heating & Cooling

We were having issues with our thermostat, so we called Brown's. Mitch K was not only punctual (which we are not used to by any company in the springs) he was extremely understanding when my boyfriend was running a little behind. But he kept up his awesome mood along with updating our thermostat and educating us on specifics we were unaware of. Thanks so much Mitch and Brown's Heating and Cooling for helping us out. We definitely will be using them for our future needs!

Well it’s time to post this four years later maybe petty but it came up in my memories. I had just bought this basketball hope for my two boys. Browns heating a lighting left a note on my door that said. “Your basketball hoop was in the street”. Well I had it on video most certainly not in the street on the sidewalk yes.. I called in the next day to see if they planned on compensating me for 300 dollar hoop they hooked with there ladder and ruined. The person I spoke with was really rude and said you can’t have the hoop in the street so we aren’t paying for it. So just wanted everyone to know the type of people they are. You ruined it pay up!!!!

I have trusted Brown's Heating and Cooling since 1997 and they have never failed to satisfy. Always professional, they never recommend a service that's not required and they go above and beyond to do the job right. Mike H came to do our latest A/C tune-up and found a problem that would have left us hot and miserable come the first heatwave. The fix was included in the service and we're ready for summer. Thanks Mike!

We had been told by another HVAC company that our furnace was emitting CO2 gas along with other defective parts that needed replacing. We requested that Brown Heating & Cooling come out and check out our furnace since we didn’t feel that the furnace was in need of any repairs. The technician, Mike, kept us informed of his arrival, evaluated the furnace and found no evidence of any issues or problems with our furnace. He was very polite and explained his review and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with him and Brown Heating and Cooling.

Mitch K came to our house today to install a new thermostat. Mitch arrived at the house on time. I very much appreciated that he worn a cover over his mouth and nose the entire time. He informed me about the cost upfront and was efficient in installing my new thermostat. He cleaned up after all the work was finished and except for the new thermostat you would never have known he was in the house. Since my husband was not home, Mitch patiently explained how to program the new thermostat and programed it for me. I will ask for Mitch K next time we need our furnace and air conditioner serviced.

Then I asked if he could replace my carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. Mitch was very helpful and willing to help me even though I don’t think installing detectors is part of his usual job. He went out of his way to help me. I will call Browns Heating & Cooling in the spring to check my A/C and I will recommend them to everybody I know.

Mitch Kaiser from Brown's Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job repairing my heater's humidifier and servicing my furnace. Additionally, he took the time to explain what he was doing and the best way to maintain both the furnace and the humidifier. Great work, Mitch! I've used Brown's before for other work and I've always had outstanding results.

During the last two years I have experienced several times poor customer service, this is not example of that!!!!!! Cristian you are a fantastic example of a what customer service should be like, you were on time, very courteous you were thoughtful and most of all you were thorough, you explained things as you went along, you asked if I had any questions; you are a wonderful representative of your company. THANK YOU AGAIN !!!!!!!

Tracy and Micah from Brown's Heating and Cooling did an excellent installation of A/C to our existing forced air heating system. Very professional and coordination with the electrician was good, too. No issues with the inspection so great job Brown's and thanks for a more comfortable home!

Cristian and Josh installed a ductless AC system in our master bedroom and did a fantastic job. There was very small clearance between the wall and the edge of the chimney, but they managed to install the system exactly where we wanted in and explained everything in great detail. The system works great and we can finally sleep on even the hottest days.
