Called at 820, they were here by 9. David S swapped the blower motor in the furnace in about an hour after running to get the part. Definitely recommend. Would definitely use them again!

I've been a customer of Brown's Heating and Cooling for 30+ years. Though the ownership changed a couple of years back, the excellent customer service and knowledgeable and friendly technicians remain the same as I've experienced for all these years!

Our technician today was Billy. He was on time, polite, and worked cleanly. He checked over our furnace and change the filters. Double checked the thermostat. He was very thorough in everything that he did. We would be delighted to have him come back again.
After having dealt with one less than reputable heating and cooling company, working with Brown’s is a breath of fresh air. We are very happy to have found them.

We have been using Brown's Heating and Cooling for years and have ALWAYS been impressed with their services and staff!!! I have spoken with April many times over the phone and she is so incredibly kind, communicative and professional. She always returns my phone calls in a timely manner and works us into their busy schedule if we are having issues with our unit. We strongly rely on their services because of my son's health and they have always been such a pleasure to deal with. All of their techs are so friendly and respectful when they are servicing our unit, this speaks volumes with this type of business. This business has never overcharged us for their services and they are very fair with their pricing. Cristian was the tech that did the maintenance on our AC unit last week and he was great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and detailed in explaining what he did/the services he performed and gave us some great advice on how to keep our unit running at it's best this summer. We appreciated him taking the time to wear shoe covers when going coming into our home (all of their techs have done this for our family over the years and we are so grateful). I have recommended this company to my friends and co-workers and they have all been so happy with their services as well. Brown's Heating and Cooling deserves all the positive recognition....they are an HONEST and reliable local company to do business with !!!

Just moved into our Woodmoor home and there was a Brown’s Heating sticker on the furnace. We had several quotes at our rental property, all were way higher than Brown’s. We had them install AC at both houses, absolutely exceptional. My first call to them, Lisa answered, super friendly, professional, and so organized. Ed came out to give an estimate, and another great interaction. He was very knowledgeable and gave options while explaining what and why in my language. Kyle and Justin showed up on time, clean, professional, very polite and respectful. Totally acknowledged and engaged with all my questions and had all the right questions for me to understand what I wanted. The install was a bit of an issue, our house is like that. Kyle and Justin’s work ethic was unmatched, they didn’t even break for lunch, they were here for almost 11 hours (we fed them, they didn’t ask, and were extremely appreciative). Phil the owner came out to help with a few issues, this guy knows his stuff, and super cool. I loved the way he treated his employees. Kyle and Justin communicated with us the entire time, I feel like an HVAC expert now! Can’t boast enough about how amazing Brown’s Heating and Cooling is. By far the best service company I’ve worked with around here. Thank you guys. Our house is sooo cool now!

Brown's installed 10 mini-splits and 2 condensers in our home. Josh, Christian, and Hunter, did the entire job in less than 10 days. They communicated plans to us everyday to keep us all aligned and in the loop. The did a great job! The line sets on the outside of the house are very clean. We recommend them and would use them again.

We are so happy with our air conditioning replacement Browns recently did for us. Everyone I dealt with from the front office to the owner and installers was a great experience. Our system was inspected today by regional and passed with no issues, they said the installers did a great job. I will definitely use Browns in the future. Thank you!

The furnace was kicking off and not staying on long enough to heat the house, so John did a thorough inspection and cleaned the sensor. He explained the issue and options. I would use this company again.

Extremely happy with the service call from Brown’s Heating and Cooling today. My regular fall maintenance was done as part of The Healthy Home Program. Billy performed todays service. He called ahead and was right on time. Billy was professional, courteous, clean, and advised me on how the furnace was performing. He completed the full service as well as changed out the pad for the whole house humidifier. Brown’s and Billy are the best.

I called Brown's today with a furnace that had stopped working. Mike showed up within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem (inducer motor had failed), returned with a new motor and had it installed within an hour. Thank you for keeping us from freezing today!
