Brown’s Heating & Cooling

My service technician Mitch Kaiser was hands down the very best technician I have ever had help me. Extremely knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Brown heating and cooling, especially if They are all like Mitch. I plan on spreading the word to all my military home owners about Mitch Kaiser and Brown’s heating and cooling.

Cristian the technician was polite, professional and remained on task. He wore shoe covers to protect the inside and took them off when he had to go outside. He moved quickly while conducting the maintenance and tested the system prior to leaving. I would recommend this technician. Other technicians have also been polite but Cristian went above and beyond.

Had a great experience with Brown's. Mitch K. is an excellent tech and looked for all options and was able to find a small wiring error that was causing our issues rather than what we thought was a broken thermostat which would have cost us more than $300. He didn't look for a quick sale and was honest and looked for all options and we found a simple solution. Definitely will continue to use them in the future. Ask for Mitch if you can.

Mitch Kaiser is great! As a new home owner trust is everything. Mitch took the time to educate me on the status of my HVAC and make recommendations that fit what I need. I am looking forward to scheduling the work with Brown's Heating & Cooling and would recommend them to family & friends.

From the moment I called, Brown’s has been amazing. Both Jill and April were knowledgeable and understanding. My air conditioner wasn’t working properly on 95 degree days. The office let me know it may be next day before they could make it. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Mitch k. showed up on time and explained everything as he went. Unfortunately the part needed to fix my unit was not available but 2 days later he will be coming out to fix the issue. This company is AMAZING!!

Mitch K from Brown’s heating and cooling was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained various options and performed the service in a timely manner. Had a central air conditioning unit installed in 2015. Works great! Had my semi-annual services done on the A/C and Heating. Excellent work by Mitch K. I was well informed on what he was doing and why. Cleaned and serviced both units, added coolant to the A/C. I would highly recommend both Mitch and Brown's Heating & Cooling for all your household needs. Thanks for quality.

Mike Highland was here today to do our annual furnace maintenance and water panel maintenance. We bought the house a year ago, the furnace is older and Mike gave us confidence that it was in good working order and that the support was there when it comes time to replace it. Mike was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

The two technicians, Josh and Christian, did a wonderful job. They were very knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions, making sure the new heater was working perfectly, promising to return when weather/temperature permits to finish the installation of the AC. I highly recommend them!
