Had Fred out and he looked at my a/c. And let me know we didn’t have to replace everything. Didn’t try to upsell a bunch of services that were not needed. Eric and Tony came out and were very professional and had it done very quickly. Communication was great throughout the process

I recently had my Furnace replaced by Tradewinds. Tony and Eric were kind, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, were efficient (finishing before expected) and left nothing but a new furnace and thermostat. They answered my questions and showed me how to change filter and how to use the digital thermostat. It was smooth and easy experience. I will use them for all my HVAC needs+ and give their name to everyone I know.

They were responsive and came the same day we called- which was a Saturday. The repairman was friendly, helpful, and explained everything thoroughly to us, including al non o our options. They returned to complete the repair, once they got the part, in a timely fashion. We will definitely call them again!

Eric and Mike are the best. We have a very old house with an evaporative cooler on a very high roofline. They braved the heights and efficiently serviced the cooler.

We have a boiler that is a bit older. Water was leaking from the pressure relief valve and we were told by another company we needed to replace the boiler. Last week Mike came out to give us an estimate on a new boiler. After looking it over he determined that it was a much smaller issue and we did not need to replace the boiler. He fixed the issue today. Mike was very thorough in explaining the whole boiler system and problem, professional and a pleasure to have an honest technician.
