It's been a few months since we've got our AC and new furnace installed and it has been working like a charm!
We vetted a few AC companies prior to choosing Tradewinds. From the start Nicholas has been very helpful and answered all of my husbands millions of questions. They did have to come out twice for the initial walk through and second to do measurements of the house per my husbands request. The measurements helped better fit our system and I wish that was done in the initial walk through. However, I'm happy all the proper calculations were done and completed accurately.

The crew was very friendly! They were very respectful with keeping the doors closed, as we asked because of our 15 month old daughter. Finished everything in 2 days, right in time for the hot June weather!!
Our furnace didn't work the first time we turned it on for the first September snow storm. Fred came out first thing in the morning and fixed it for us! He was so kind and compassionate about it and told us he would've been here the night before if he knew! Too kind :)

Very happy overall with our AC! I can't live without it haha!

Cons - sometimes communication was off. We wouldn't know what time the crew was set to arrive. Had to email Tradewinds regarding our first inspection.
Crew also used one of our buckets in the basement and left some metal on it. A little frustrating but not a deal breaker.

Tradewinds is one of the best companies I've ever worked with. Fred and Nick are extremely professional and all of the people that work with them are as well. Work ethic at this company is top-notch on all levels, the quality of the work speaks for itself. Highly recommend Tradewinds to anyone!

The Office Manager Nicholas and the Owner of the company Fred were responsive to my needs and timeframe. Mike (the Service Tech) was timely, polite, efficient and informative. It has thus far been a 5 star experience. I look forward to continuing to work with this team.

After reading the reviews from your website, I was very impressed with what your clients said about your company and your staff. That was the deciding factor for me to have your company do the trouble shooting with our furnace. After having Michael come out and put our furnace back in order, I totally agree with your other clients. It is nice to have a backup plan, if my husband is unable to fix the problem or he is out of town and the furnace has issues. I highly recommend your company and will reach out to you when I need to have our furnaces repaired in the future.

Nick at Tradewinds was very knowledge and patient with us as we worked through our replacement of our Furnace, AC, Water Heater and Humidifier. The technicians were friendly and arrived on time. They took care of use. I would highly recommend Tradewinds Heating and Cooling.

Absolutely best experience I've had with a technician/inspection of any sort. I had Tradewinds inspect my furnace and Michael took the time to explain every detail to me and was honest about good habits for taking care of my furnace in the future. He even took a little extra time to explain the winterization process I should go through on my swamp cooler and where to buy the parts to do it myself. It's great to have this level of quality in the neighborhood. :)

My furnace was not working on a 30 degree day in January. Wife was not happy. I called Tradewinds at 8 AM and they had a technician out to my house by 10 AM. Michael was very helpful. He explained to me what he was doing, and he got my furnace running again in about 5 minutes. The pricing was fair for a quick fix. I plan to have Tradewinds handle my annual HVAC maintenance going forward.

This company is amazing!! I refer all of my friends and family to them as they are a trustworthy and friendly business, and treat everyone they deal with like family. When they came out to the place that I am staying at, they were thorough and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it and even showed me the suggested repairs before they performed them. The price they quoted was exactly the price they charged me and it fixed the issue I was having! They are family owned and I loved dealing with Nicholas over the phone and Michael who was the technician who fixed my problem! I hope my heating or cooling doesn't go out in the future, but if it does I will be calling Tradewinds first thing! Good Job Guys!

Tradewinds has been very reliable, and were very prompt scheduling us. Their knowledge and expertise is are great and i am totally confident in their service. Problems are defined and agreed upon before work begins - they do not repair what is not broken.
