    My hot water heater died, so I asked around to neighbors for their recommendations for a replacement. After an outrageous and flabbergasting quote from another company, I gave Tradewinds a call. Nick was helpful, and answered all of my questions. Their installation was clean, and they took extra care fitting my new hot water heater into a tight utility closet. Thanks!

    My husband recently purchased an older Denver bungalow and noticed the furnace was making a strange buzzing sound when we turned it on. We knew that the furnace was nearly the end of its life, so after doing some research we called Tradewinds. Fred, the owner, responded within 10minutes of me messaging him via Yelp and was out to the house two days later. He was very knowledgable and took time to explain (to us first time home owners) what was wrong, the different costs, and our many options for how we can fix the problem. We were very grateful for this and happy to have met a kind new neighbor as they are a local company in the neighborhood. Looking forward to working with this family owned HVAC company for many years to come!

    They did a great job. Were running a little late (like 10 minutes) and called to let me know. Had a few challenges but quietly fixed everything and charged me the quoted price. Did not leave any mess. We're extremely courteous and took the time to explain exactly what they did.

    Our home boiler quit working Thursday night. I put in a call to our "one hour" heating service company. Finally at about 9:00 Friday AM we had an appointment for the following Monday. That afternoon, my daughter suggested I call Mr Pedroza. I did He responded almost immediately. We were up and running in minutes. Unfortunately, when it rains it pours and the boiler failed again on Saturday morning. I called Fred again and he was there by noon. Another defect, for which he gave us a work around until he could get a replacement part on Monday. We agreed to have him return Tuesday AM declining his offer to come at 6:00 PM Monday. I prefer GREAT service to "one hour" advertisers. Tradewinds is our new service provider.

    I used Tradewinds based on a recommendation to help find the source of water damage in my ceiling. The service call charge of $75 somehow turned into $150 for a 30 min visit. Mind you, this is just to assess the situation, not to actually perform any work. When I called to ask why my bill was double, they said the invoice should detail the extra charges. There was no detail. So, they then said they would find out and call back. Upon calling me back there was still no detailed explanation but they assured me I would get a nice discount if I went forward with the work quoted. Ummm, no thank you.

    I should give Tradewinds a lower rating but I think they are good people. Although I am not sure why they felt the need to gouge me on a short visit to assess my AC and write up a quote.

    We will definitely be using Tradewinds again! Our Techs, Mike and Eric, were professional and timely. They took the time to explain our new system and how it works. Definitely recommend!!

    Usually when I contact tradewinds it’s due to a furnace malfunction. That means it’s pretty urgent that I want it repaired. Every time I have been in this situation tradewinds has been able to accommodate me within a couple of hours. I always feel that they have their customer well being in mind first and foremost.
