Les was great. Arrived on time. Diagnosed problem and promptly fixed it. Very friendly and professional too. Have used them to service our A/C for years and completely satisfied (even if the only time I see them is when we have issues.) I recommend them to others!

We were very happy with our experience with Celco. We haven't made a decision about our system yet. But felt confident would be wonderful to do business with.

No service provided yet they wanted $150 just for showing up. Worst experience ever...

I do not like trashing local businesses at all. The service guy just wasn’t adequate. Apparently he didn’t know much about the new system I inherited as a new owner. He was on hold with whomever for 45 minutes and was like… I’m not getting an answer here’s your bill…. Anyway… don’t want to go there…. water under the bridge. What really sucked was after I gave him a soda and he was sitting on hold on his phone and I guess sweating? He left my basement window wide open and never shut it. Hence an emergency call to the water department the following week because I had no cold water. My pipes were freezing because of the freezing cold weather! Like Yikes! Anyway, I do not want to trash you guys but I was legitimately upset. Your company has great reviews and you came highly recommended to me. If I could find someone through you that (sorry) is more competent, I’d have you here on a regular basis.

Nick, the specialist in his field, came to the house, determined the problem, and fixed it. I am extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism for being so young. I will definitely tell my family and friends about your company and use your services again if and when needed. Thank you for my warm house again…. Brrrrr no more. 😊

Visit was to measure the job for quote the to replace my oil burner system with a propane system. Rep was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. We discussed options. Now waiting for the estimate to be sent.

I had the best installers. Very professional, informative just honest meticulous installers. I was such a please working with Bob Thomas & Dan Baker. I would Hire Celco Heating any day, every day. From the salesman Jim Smith to these great guys installing my new units. 4 days of real good hard work. Celco heating and Air conditioning I personally give the 5 stars. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top notch service and installations.

This was an emergency, I had no heat in the dead of winter. They came right out even though I did not have a service contract, I will tomorrow! Their fee was not exorbitant, it was actually shockingly low for an emergency on a late Sunday. The technician was very responsive, he explained everything very clearly, he showed up on time, and the company sent me a photo of him in advance. Additionally, the service dispatcher was in touch with me at all times and it was a person as opposed to an automated message I felt I could trust the company and the technician very much. I’m very happy and will use them again soon and refer to friends and neighbors!!

The service tech was very knowledgeable. Taught ne a lot as a new home owner. Will use this company again.
