It was a great experience. They scheduled an appointment for the next day.. ! My furnace Blower was being very lound and kept waking up my 5 year old at night..!
The technician Les Cole stop by and fixed the problem…! I don’t want to go into any details…
All I care is that I my daughter can sleep through the night… I will definitely recommend them..!

My tech, Bill W., was very professional. He handled my central a/c issues with ease. He appeared very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness - he put on shoe covers to walk around my home without my mentioning it.

Easy to make the appointment to have my tankless hot water heater serviced. I was kept informed about the time the service person would arrive. That person was Hailin who was very efficient and positively delightful. There was a gas problem on my street and he was kind enough to check with the workman to be sure my gas would be turned on.

The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He also answered my questions. He seems to be very knowledgeable about the services Celco provides. I will definitely be using Celco again. Thank you.

He met with me and reviewed the boiler requiring repair. He was candid with his assessment. He was knowledgeable and clearly explained my options. We first used Celco to replace our 50 year old boiler with a state of the art, energy efficient unit. We worked with Scott Basso - he was professional and communicated everything clearly from start to finish. Today, we called Celco to service an AC outage - despite being flooded with other customer calls, they managed to fit us in (which we were so grateful for with the 85+degree heat!) The technician, Kailin Hill texted before his arrival and was able to resolve our issue in less than 1/2 hour. He was personable and professional and the price was reasonable too We are so happy to have found such a reliable, service minded company and wouldl recommend Celco without reservation.
