Celco Heating & Air Conditioning

I scheduled an assessment for Monday 11/28, was told I would receive a quote that same night. I have called 6 times asking for the quote and the status but have received nothing but broke promises for a call back. Not professional!

I have never written a negative review about any business, but we have truly had a HORRIBLE experience with Celco. We will be changing providers as soon as we can. We had a new unit installed in 2021. We have already spent over $1,000 in repairs and service fees since. Over the summer we were without AC for almost a week during the warmest week due to an error their technician made (and did not repair across multiple visits that we were charged for). Now we are left without heat as the temperatures drop due to another broken part (on a less than 2 year old system!). When asked if any financial compensation could be provided to pay for a hotel for the night as we have a baby at home and temperatures are dropping into the 40’s we were told “definitely not.” The most frustrating and disappointing service that has really impacted our lives on these occasions.

Celco heating & air conditioning are the best. Put us at ease when the u showed up and said no worries. Clean and professional on time recommended them to anybody!!!!!!

Scott was the person that quoted and installed my gas heat conversion 3 years ago, they were amazing. They even left me a few lines available to be able to install my fireplace and gas range at a later date if I wanted to.
Today the tech Les was awesome. Very knowledgeable, detailed and honest. Honesty and customer experience is number one in my book. On top of that Celco is always fair with their prices. Thank you Celco.

Sebastian K. is always great when he comes and the people in the office are amazing as well. Always good continued service.

While the sales person was nice knowledgeable, they never provided the promised quote.

Honestly just such nice people, they came in before they had planned because they listen to my problem. The 3 people that came to work where extremely nice, explain in detail what they were doing, and why. Then they took the extra time to make pipes that had nothing to do with the A/C look better and more organized in my basement. They got a lifetime customer with me.

After weeks of lining up a $20k install and selecting them for the job based on our scheduling requirements, Rod failed to communicate with courtesy and respect and we were forced to go elsewhere. He was talking loudly over me with a very condescending and rude tone when I asked why he would only call me once with no follow up or email. His response was "don't tell me how to do my business" and "I have other customers and I don't need to call anyone more than once". His response told me that his customer service is poor and he really didn't want our business. Looks like we got the lame representative at Celco and I will never reccomened their services to anyone locally or in my industry.

Cody and the team from Celco were amazing! Prompt, efficient, courteous and cleaned up as they were never here! High caliber employees with a very strong ethic and brand! Definitely recommend. Excellent rating 5+++

Bob Okula from Celco did an excellent job when he came for our HVAC maintenance service. He explained how to clean our new reusable filters and let me take a video of how to do it! He was also very personable and professional!

Will Bonillo also just came for the winter maintenance and was excellent and very informative, knowledgeable, professional, personable as well! Thank you! 11/21/222
