I've had forced hot air in my house since I bought it but it was time to get rid of the window units in the summer and get central air. I called and had an appointment scheduled within a week of my call for an inspection so they could give me an estimate. Ron came out and was very kind and professional. He inspected the furnace and possible places to put the unit along with electrical wiring. He gave a rough estimate in person and emailed within 24 hours the full estimate. We had an appointment scheduled within a week.
Before the technicians arrive, they send you a text with their pictures and bio so you know who is coming to your house and when they are arriving. this made us feel very safe about letting them into our house to work for the day. the technicians were very friendly and professional throughout the day and provided us with whatever information we requested and an initial walk through of how the unit works. They also were very clear about keeping the intake vents and filters clean so you get the best bang for your buck in heating/cooling costs.
Overall I would recommend Precision Mechanical to any one of my friends or family looking into getting A/C for their home.

I’ve scheduled service several times. All experiences have been excellent. Fair pricing, great explanations from the technician about what he’s doing, how much it will cost and how long it will take. Great communication overall. Highly recommend!

I called precision mechanical this morning (09/25/2018) for a furnace issue. I was promised to send a the technician at my place at 1:00pm. As promised, the serviceman arrived on time. His diagnosis was accurate and to the point. He gave me a quote on the spot and the pricing was fair. He changed the new part quickly. My furnace is perfectly working. I recommend them!

We had a GREAT experience with Precision Mechanical and Mark today. He came out to repair a furnace issue we were having. Mark was timely and very professional and fixed our problem very quickly. We would definitely recommend Precision to anyone and we will be using them for all furnace issues going forward!

I was out of state when my friend stopped over and told me my furnace wasn’t working and my house was only 50 degrees. Thankfully I reached out and Mark was able to trouble shoot my furnace and when I arrived home the next day my house was warm and the problem was fixed. Very thankful and grateful since the temperature was so low !

I called two other companies. Paid over $1000 still no heat. Just for one of them to tell me the boiler brand is a peice of junk.Precision came in diagnosed and replaced the boiler. With the utmost professionalism. And made my needs their priority.

Precision Mechanical came recommended and did what 4 companies and agencies couldn’t. They treated my HVAC problem with respect and fixed my gas furnace. I suspected the problem was a gas valve but Greg Walker came in and immediately saw the real issue, which was a much cheaper part than a gas valve. What had been an issue for two winters was corrected in a day. It’s so nice to come home to heat again, thank you!

Updated: 10/6/2020: I'm long overdue to add this but back in June 2020, Precision Mechanical came through again!

When my deck contractor stepped on the freon(?) line to my central AC unit, Mark Strictland himself came out immediately to fix it. We admit the timing worked out very well as it was about it get really hot and they would get a bunch of calls. But that he immediately came over after having just returned to their office from another call saved me more headaches...

My central air stopped working on Saturday when it was 100° outside. The owner (Mark) of precision mechanical came over to fix it the very next morning at 8a.m. It took him less than 10 minutes to fix the problem. Mark and his employees are awesome. These are people you can trust in your home 100 percent. I recommend you give precision mechanical a call before you call anyone else to handle your hvac needs.
