    Precision Mechanical installed a new ductless heat pump/AC unit on our home, and we are so pleased! The employees were knowledgeable, respectful, and worked diligently to complete the job in record time. The system is performing better than we had hoped! I highly recommend Precision Mechanical for any HVAC needs, especially for the installation of these new ductless systems. It was the only real solution for our home given the current set-up, and they installed the system neatly and with attention to detail.

    The technician was on time and courteous. More importantly the work was done well, and even made my furnace more efficient by installing the proper size burner nozzle. A part that was missed by another company I had used. Highly recommended.

    I had a gas boiler ,and water heater installed. By precision mechanical ,and they did an outstanding job! They are true professionals who will do the work ,and take their time to do it correctly ,a year later i had a small issue that was Not an emergency ,and did not affect my heating ,but they responded quickly ,and with care the small problem was resolved if you need a boiler or water heater or service i recommend them 100 percent.     Precision just completed installation of a central air system in our 1929 home. The size and construction of the house made the job a bit of a challenge, but Precision offered a creative solution that other companies hadn't proposed. Because of the job's complexity, we had a team in our house for about two weeks. This crew couldn't have been easier to have around. They showed up when they said they would, were respectful of our home, and went above and beyond to meet promised timeframes. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

    Mark the owner did business with my landlord when I had a sudden problem with my furnace just hours within a huge snow storm. He came quickly and installed a new part. Just an hour later returned angrily banging on the door, I let him in because I thought something was wrong, he then proceeded to remove the part leaving me and my three kids without heat because he hadn't received payment from my landlord.. after discussing with my landlord he told me that he had JUST received the invoice for the job and hadn't even had a second with it to complete payment.
    What a heartless man. Will never work with this company again.

    Charges $185 / hr. Schedules w/o estimate or disclosure of stacked pricing practices = deceptiveness. I immediately paid cash but emailed owners for review and corrective action. What follows is my 4/7/20 email that received no courtesy of a response. Once paid, they had no desire to respond. I'll let you be the judge of whether you feel their actions fair and appropriate. I will stick with Veniskofsky Plumbing and Heating in Vernon.

    It was a pleasure speaking with you yesterday and I truly appreciate your offering assistance while Tony is incapacitated. This said, I should have been advised, in advance, of your flat rate billing practices. I loyally work with a lot of contractors, as Tony can attest, and understand that practices vary greatly. My guard was down.

    Nevertheless, I feel compelled to share with you that I would not have had Allen do the repair if I had known that there was an $89 charge for the 10 minute diagnosis and then the $115 pump would be marked up 250% to $291. When backing the cost of the pump out of the 90 minute job cost we are at a $185/hr labor rate. These are practices akin to those of Aiello, that I avoid and warn people against.

    In all fairness, I cannot take issue and voice my displeasure to others without first sharing with you. Thus this email.
