I've been using precision mechanical now for 6 or 7 years the technicians are always on time courteous professional and they always do a great job,and there always there for you in a emergency.

Precision Mechanical, is great in all the categories I rated. What really sets them apart, heads and shoulders above anyone else, is how much they care, especially Greg. He always treats you as if you are their most valued customer. And, he cares about getting it right. We had a pernicious problem with our furnaces that was difficult to solve. Greg worked at it relentlessly and didn’t let up until he solved the problem. Always super responsive- 24/7. In addition, they keep educating themselves on the latest technology and best practices. On top of everything else, they are professional and pleasant to deal with. I would give them my unqualified highest recommendation.

Had Precision come out on August 24th for an oil-to-gas furnace conversion, new duct-work for an addition, and water heater replacement quote. Based on the reviews, I thought they'd be pretty solid, professional, and most importantly a local company. The estimator arrived on time but smelled of alcohol, kept suggesting ductless mini-split units and said he would send me a quote within a week. Two weeks later, I still don't have a quote from Precision-

We came home from a trip abroad to a broken thermostat upstairs on a fairly cold night. I called Precision Mechanical first thing the next morning on my son's recommendation. He had a very positive experience with Greg the technician a month before. At 10:30 am Greg arrived, replaced the thermostat and things were working again within the hour. Nice people, competente workers and reasonable in price. I would highly recommend.

Mark has saved us more than once in desperate times when amour heater busted. Both on sundays. His responses are prompt and he seems very honest about the work he is doing doesn’t try to add hidden costs like most ppl do. Will be signing up with him for sure

I scheduled an appointment to have my house's heating system upgraded, took the day off of work, and then the tech didn't show up. Upon calling the office I was told that "the upgrade wasn't something they would float." I'm not sure why that is, but I would rather they told me it up front before I missed work.

I highly recommend Precision Mechanical. I had a problem with my old oil burn boiler and I called Precision Mechanical. Mark picked up the phone when I called and in a couple days later, Mark and his crew were at my house installing a new boiler. They were quick, neat, and courteous. They left the work area cleaner than before they started. Honest and professional company.

My 30+ year old gas boiler finally started dying, so after replacing some parts and doing some maintenance myself to keep it partially running, I gave up and decided to get a new, more efficient one.

I really appreciate that they didn’t try to up-sell me on a more complex electronics-heavy condenser unit. I’m a former machinist, so I’m handy enough to do regular maintenance on simpler style electrical valve based models. They went with a good quality Weil-McClain unit. I think they could have skimped and gone for a cheaper, imported model, but that can make finding replacement parts a nightmare if there are issues down the line.

Scheduling was easy, and once the parts came in they managed to get the entire job completed in a day. The office staff was always courteous, did a good job keeping me up to date on the status of things, and did what they could to work around my schedule.
