Switched my propane service after 10 years from Hocon to Levco. Installation pricing was more competitive, gas pricing significantly lower and service done promptly by tech
Eric. I've noticed most times that they pick up the phone right away when you call. Rarely do you get passed to the call waiting abyss. Sales rep Andrew Carroll facilitated the entire process competently. It's not a simple thing switching out 6 tanks at two separate properties. Permits, adding services, scheduling, relocating tanks, several permits etc. All handled nicely.

The service technician went above and beyond.
He performed a major cleaning and was responsible for keeping area clean around this very dirty job. I will highly recommend Levco service to anyone needing Heating oil service provider and maintenance.

After Levco cancelled multiple appointments and had us wait over a week to service our broken AC, they called the morning of the appointment to tell me that, after 5 years of service, they can't service our unit any longer. I spoke with the manager, Rob, who blamed the poor service on the tech (apparently the tech doesn't like crawlspaces?) and that Levco doesn't have any obligation to service us anymore. When I explained that I needed today's service to reduce pollen for my asthmatic son, he insisted that Levco doesn't owe us anything...and then hung up on me. Beyond shocked. Hoping Levco management reads this and calls me back to discuss further. **6/10 update: Levco responds below (no call) and doesn't address failure in customer service (being hung up on). The least they could have done is call me when they decided not to service us anymore so we had time to find a new provider before peak summer. Now we're still out of an AC thanks to their gross mismanagement and negligence.

Levco Service is the best! Fast, courteous and competent. I called them last Saturday at 7:00am to report a water leak from our basement air handler. A technician arrived at our home within 2 hours and fixed the problem in short order. After he left, I was quite surprised to find that he had kindly emptied the several pots that had filled with water overnight and piled them neatly nearby. THAT’S service!
It is my pleasure to highly recommend Levco. We have used them for all our HVAC needs for a number of years now and are always pleased with their service, both scheduled maintenance and in an emergency. They are always very responsive!

Levco has been great over the past 18 years. There's never been a hitch and everyone is quick to respond on all our needs. I give extra compliments to the people who answer the phones when you call in. Always friendly and responsive - a great combination. Also, have had good experiences with your technicians who do the yearly service for our boiler. Besides being friendly, they are also good at what they do. The buyers for our house have said they'll renew with Levco. Thanks for 18 years of great service!

The Levco technician was on time, personable, efficient and considerate. When he was done he explained everything he did, told me no issues were found and asked if I had any questions.

DO NOT USE!!! They will not deliver unless your driveway it is spotless. They refused to deliver for 3 days after driveway was salted and sanded. All other delivery trucks were able to make it.

They refused to come even after I told them we were out of oil.

I was very pleased with their maintenance service and never expected to be treated like this.

Levco has experienced and well qualified technicians. They listen to customers and perform every job professionally and over the top. Highly recommend this company.

Had my furnace and hot water heater cleaned and tuned up as part of the annual service contract. Tech was early, polite, and did a great job. We have had Levco for many years. Highly recommended.
