Levco Oil & Propane

Levco left me in the cold. They closed my account and did not inform me. They did not honor my service contract due to a refused oil delivery. Awful.

3/25/17: Had heating issue in Darien and Levco tech person (I forgot to ask his name) was OUTSTANDING. Not only did he know every aspect of our unit and how they needed to be serviced, he remedied some prior poor cleaning jobs by other companies. This guy was a true pro and was incredibly throrough.

Service department is a complete joke. Apparently our “service agreement” does not cover anything but the boiler so we have to pay for a service call and wait 72 hours for a part that should be standard on any HVAC truck. Office staff is useless. Will finish the oil contract but will NEVER use them for service again, and will pay more for oil if needed just to deal with a decent company from now on.

Very attentive to all my H/VC needs over 20 years. Especially appreciate their knowledgeable technicians. I’m moving to another home an will continue to rely on LEVCO.

The oil boiler service of Levco works as advertised. I called them when we had no heat. They came out promptly and fixed the problem with the repair cost fully covered by the service agreement.

This is an appeal to owner. We have called at least 7 times for oil delivery in last 2 weeks. Our tank is now on empty. We were promised delivery last week, yesterday 11/18 and called again today 11/19. Each time we were told delivery would be made and today we were told it would be tomorrow and if we ran out they would send a service truck. Burner was just serviced last week and nozzle was replaced and would probably have to be done again. We don’t know who to talk to. Is there a major problem? Can you please help ?

The;y came and moved my old tanks and put theirs in, set them up and came back the next day to fill with propane. A job well done. Gentleman very nice and courteous.

Ted was excellent. Super knowledgeable, nice and efficient. If only all A/C techs were this informed. He is a great representative for your company.

Annual tune-up went great. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Always get great service from the Levco staff.

They cleaned my furnace and did a good job. They are prompt and detailed. Their customer service is also accomodating and very polite and friendly when you talk to them. Keep it up!
