Excellent boiler maintenance service; the technician was very thorough. He pointed out things about my current systems flaws, and what to expect for improvements, when the time comes for a future boiler replacement.
He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in explaining the processes that were being undertaken, as part of the free boiler check when signing up for oil delivery. I can recommend the boiler service they provided.
Just beware that the oil delivery system needs improvement; they let my tank run dry, then when they filled it, they left the cap off the service fill pipe. I will say though that they did send an emergency tech over to get me 20 gallons of temporary oil, and then stayed to make sure the lines were bled, and I was able to get hot water again.

The service person arrived earlier than scheduled but called ahead to be sure it was OK. The technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the air conditioning unit and did a thorough check to ensure the unit was in good operating condition. He then gave me pointers on how to maintain the filters and compressor to keep them operating at peak efficiency.
I appreciate Levco's top notch service. I had tried other HVAC service providers and none comes close to Levco.

Horrible Experience. The company came to deliver oil and stated that my whistle gauge on the oil tank in the house was not reading and had to send someone to check. No charge unless a part had to be taken care of. How did they assume this when everything is inside the house? I thought I could trust their opinion. They sent a person to the house who said they had to blow out my pipe to deliver oil air was in it. A man came - took them maybe 10 minutes to look and the guy told me no charge when leaving. Then without notice charged to my credit card, that they had conveniently on file, I saw a 170 dollar bill for this visit on my credit card statement. No COMMUNICATION AT ALL ABOUT CHARGE THEY LIE LIE LIE!!!! It took several phone calls to talk to someone---very rude told me that I knew I would be charged---straight out lies. I would not even give them one star but I have to in order to post. WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY--DO NOT USE OR TRUST LEVCO!!

We have relied on Levco for our oil heating for years, so when we had a problem with our central AC unit I decided to give them a call. Showed up on time, identified the problem and had it fixed and running again in less than an hour. Could not be happier with their service!

I've been using Levco for oil delivery and service for the past 6 years. They run a fantastic service department! Every technician that came to my house was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They really care about quality of their service, not just getting it done. I would highly recommend them. I also started using them recently for A/C service and the same great quality still applies.

Nothing but a bunch of crooks! We paid for annual maintenance for boiler which is on auto pay & when we started having problems w boiler in March & learned it was bc it was not maintained bc they ADMITTED that they had not performed service in 2 years! We dumped them & said they are no longer authorized to charge on our card on file after CFO refused to refund for 2 yrs of, NON service. In lieu of suing, they agreed to perform AC maintenance free of charge. After claimed service to my shock and amazement I got a bill stating that amount was charged to our credit card for filters they neither said we needed nor did we authorize. Moreover, we had our own filters literally sitting on top of units & didn't need to buy theirs. When we called to complain we got nothing but excuses claiming filters were not covered under service. This did not explain Levco charging on credit card for a free service and when we had our own filters, and when we specifically told them they were no longer authorized to charge a nickel on our account. We disputed with bank and closed the account. Glad I changed oil company because they are. nothing but crooks! GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!

I just got off the phone with them and I am truly disappointed. They seemed so nice and took all my information until they asked how many gallons I would like and I said it depends on your current price. She asked me if I was a member and I said no. She then told me that they would not be able to assist me tonight because I’m not a member. I feel like she didn’t want to assist me because I didn’t say the amount of oil I wanted. I asked “so you will not be able to assist me during an emergency because I’m not a member?” She said no I can’t get through to them they will give you a call in the morning. So can I not get oil because I’m not a member or because she couldn’t get through to anyone? Im disappointed because I do have an emergency. If they only assist their “members” 24 hours then that should be stated on the website. I will not be using them in the future even for regular delivery.
