Up date...Demare Purifoy is a great guy does an excellent job and follows up with his customer. I've couldn't have asked for a better technician. Give this guy a raise!! He was great even with all 7 of my dogs.

Southern Air is the Greatest company we've have had the pleasure of dealing with since moving to Putnam County. Our AC unit went out while I was away dealing with my the passing of my mother. They were quick to respond with same day services for repair and an estimate for a new system. Jason and Jeremy were the Greatest guys ever. Southern Air should be Proud these guys were polite, courteous, and concerned for our well being with this heat. We tried another AC company, they came out once, left after speaking to me and never came back.
I love Southern Air. I'll never use any one else.

Both Jeremy and Robert were prompt, polite, thorough, sympathetic, and above all HONEST. No sugar coating the problem, no attempts to sell us anything unnecessary, and no charging us for quick fixes that they knew were not going to work. It's very refreshing to see that in these times when prices are skyrocketing and people in desperate situations are ripe for the picking by companies that prey upon people in need, this company STILL leaves easy money on the table in order to put their customers first and treat us fair and like family. We use periodic, scheduled maintenance to avoid breakdowns. So far, the concept has proven flawless! Robert Wright is our go-to tech; there can be no better example of customer service, and no better ambassador to represent his company! Somebody drives this Southern Air team to excellence - it, clearly, has caught on, and permeated their ops repeatedly, consistently, thoroughly, from the office staff to the tech's in the field! They are the Best!!

I’m changing my review. There was a mix-up with scheduling, once that was clarified everything was good. The tech was very knowledgeable and he explained everything well to my mom about what was wrong with her Ac & heater unit. He quickly and efficiently changed her thermostat and signed my mom up for the membership program with Southern Air. Everything went well! I highly recommend this company.

I called first thing Monday morning after my air was out all weekend and they were at my home same day. Justin was very polite and knowledgeable he explained what was going on and answered all my questions. Very professional. Southern Air thank you very much
