Called Southern Air because they came so highly recommended! We had another HVAC company come out and had to add almost 4 pounds if freon to our system and said we needed a new unit because the parts werent available. We heard Southern Air had financing options so we called to have them come out and run a diagnostic. Jason came out and took a look, told us everything wrong and how much it would be to fix rather quickly. He was super thorough and called another tech to come give us quotes on a new unit, they arrived within 30 min! They are so polite and definitely know what they are talking about. We are just super impressed

This post is new and 2 years later. Our compressor seized up and due to out warranty and the service we signed up for through them everything is covered including parts and labor. I called and within an hour they sent a tech out to find the problem. We will be getting a new ac unit hopefully today. This company is super professional and very willing to help! They even let me pay my yearly program fee the next day and not the day they came out because I didn't have the money yet. We are very grateful for this company.
