It all started with the courtesy call 30 minutes, before my technician arrived....which I love! And then when Mike from New England showed up, Not only was he cheerful and professional he was efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely clean!! I mean he wore booties, he was courteous respectful for the house I couldn't ask for a better technician and a better company. I know my neighbor has been with them for eons and I just started with them but I'll tell you right now, Mike from New England was the best technician that I've had in the 30 years I've been in florida. I can't believe a company and a representative has such a good work ethic and respect for someone's property. I'm incredibly glad we use them! I'm a client for life now. Thank you.

Mike from New England was fantastic. He was here to do my semi annual maintenance and found an issue with the capacitor. He walked me through the AC performance before and after the replacement. I appreciated the ability to correct the issue during the visit before it turned into something bigger. Now I can go into summer knowing my AC is at optimum performance. Thanks Mike!!

Our technician, Mike from New England, was very thorough and clearly explained the maintenance he performed including photos to demonstrate the problem areas. He prioritized the next steps we should consider for continued peak A/C performance for our aging system. There was absolutely no sales pressure, he just gave us the facts and remedies to weigh for our budget.

We have been using Enginered Air since they 1st installed our complete (In/Out) Air Conditioning System back in 2013. Knock on wood, we have never had any issues with this System but we do buy a yearly Maintenance Contract which gives us the 2 yearly maintenance checkup. It also comes with a guaranteed percentage off any repairs or a discount on a new System when the time comes. I have always appreciated the A/C Technicians that come out to do the 2 maintenance checks. I am a very generous man, so I always give a $20 tip to the Technician before he starts checking out the System. Heck, it’s always hot outside and if I want the Air Handler properly cleaned, tipping them puts a smile on their face and a guarantee that the Technician will not only clean the outside unit really well, he/she will go the extra mile to give my System a good look. I have recommended them several times throughout the years gone by and recently had them come out to my brothers property because the drip pipe broke off by the landscaper and since I watch his home during the summer, I didn’t know that this caused major mold to grow all over the outside unit but deep into the components. Engineered Air not only fixed the broken pipe but the 2 Technicians that came both spent at least 2hrs deep cleaning the unit both inside and out. I did tip the $20 I normally do do it paid off and I was very pleased to report back to my brother that his outside unit was completely restored and cleaned. I expected a high bill so when the Technician presented the invoice it was only for $125. My brother ended up buying a yearly contract also. Kudos to this A/C company for doing an outstanding job over the last 9 years. I’m sure when the time comes, I will buy a new System from them but for now our A/C is perfect and I am guaranteeing it will go longer than I will want to replace it just for cost savings reasons or if I sell my property. A new System is made with upgrades every year over the systems gone by in previous years and they always are more efficient and puts a nice credit into your electric bill by upgrading. Thank you.
