We had breakdown of 2 a/c units on the Friday MEMORIAL DAY weekend. I Called the emergency line and first thing Saturday morning the technician arrived on time and promptly fixed the 2 units.

Engineered Air has done a fantastic job installing and maintaining the HVAC system at our home in Winding Cypress; I would recommend them without hesitation!

We scheduled this company to perform maintenance on our AC system twice. They never showed up. After the first no show, I called and was told they tried to reschedule, yet I never received a call. They told me my voicemail was full but that’s not true either. After the second no show I quit trying.

Beware of this Company. They are doing New Construction for KHoV called Cypress Key in Royal Palm Beach. AC unit is under powered. Owner Dennis stated that the 3.5 ton unit for my home can only push out 1400 CFM Max. Blue prints they filled with the state their should be 1450 CFM. They also didn't even follow their own blue prints and ran the AC ducting all different. After Oscar (their engineer) had someone go in my Attic blocked some vents and closed all my closet and bathroom vents, then turned the AC handler up onto max power im only gettin 1,105 CFM which is 23% below state standard. Even tho they state will give you a 10% give or take they are 13% more below state standard. Alot of people in the Crypress Key Community are have problems with Engineered Air. Google research them before you use them. They have plenty of bad reviews, settlements, and mold issues.

12-4 really means "whenever they feel like". I called to confirm and they said some time after 5. Can you give me a set time? No sir, we don't give "set times". We've been home all day waiting without the courtesy of a phone call saying they can't make it. Scheduled the appt 1 week prior and they still can't make a 4 hour window. "What would you like me to do sir?" I want you to be here the time you stated so that I'm not waiting all day with my finger up my... Terrible service.

As the owner of a newly built home I’ve encountered numerous issues. I have not had any problems though with my AC unit. I’m hoping this is do to the excellent workmanship displayed during installation.

The technician that came over was great. Professional, patient in explaining what he was looking for and what options were available after his repair. Overall 5 stars.

The company installed our Heating and Air conditioner unit in our New House and was a contractor for the home builder. Installation was done well and the unit is functioning as designed.
