Very unprofessional company don’t take the customer needs seriously. Unbeknownst to me my service contract ran out 5/2/22 and they never bothered to send an email reminder to me as a customer to ask if I wanted to continue seeing that I’ve been with them now for 3+ years. One would think in today’s technological industry they would have an app for that purpose. Needless to say I needed service as ac wasn’t working properly. When I found out that my service contract was past due I offered to renew on the spot hopefully to avoid a service call cost. We’ll they just told me I’m out of luck and that I’d have to schedule a maintenance call separately. Therefore they got me twice on service charges.
If and when I need new ac replacement units they will not be in my call list. I even previously recommended this company to two neighbors.

Lydia (someone get her a martini!) was awesome, even after playing phone tag, in getting a technician out to the house after hours on a Monday. When Eddy, the technician arrived he was professional, explained everything and was on his way without a fuss. After 9pm on a Monday night when the AC craps out, he was happy, polite, and patient in accomplishing the easy repair. Highly recommend!

Michael from New England was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and I realized I did not have a good understanding of how my system worked. Hence, I was placing the air filter incorrectly. Thanks to Michael I feel confident that my A/C will be working efficiently for the remainder of the summer.

They don't stand behind their work. I agreed to all of their recommendations and spent $1000 to repair a 5 year old AC (that they originally installed) that was dripping water. Less than 4 months later I have the same leak. They won't even look at it to see what went wrong without charging me more money before coming out. Would not recommend, poor customer service and do not stand behind their work.

I had 2 service calls in one week, one for my business and one
for my residence.
I placed the call for the business location at the end of the
day and a service tech was at my office by 0900 the next day. He had me up and running within 1 hour.
My home unit went down on a Saturday at 1400 and within 55 minutes
the tech was at my front door. He had me up and running shortly and
I was able to watch the football games in a cool house !
I have been a happy customer of Engineered Air for 12 years and will
continue to use their services.

I was not aware there was any appointment made for them to come to my home. When I was called for payment Troy was extremely rude and unprofessional. The first thing I said was this is not a good time I’m about to step into an appointment. He was nasty to me and demanded payment. I would never hand over my credit card to someone who speaks in the manner he spoke to me. I told him he needs to contact me later for payment since I’m going into an appointment. Terrible customer service.

Technician came out, explained what he was doing, had a set back but assured me it would be resolved. He went back to the shop came back and went work. From 10am to about 4:30pm the tech was out back,in the rain, making sure the job was completed. Dude was on point.

New construction with a dehumidifier. Dehumidifier wasn't working efficiently. Said their was a small leak and refilled refrigerant. Offered to have unit replaced for 2K even with warrantee due to difficulty of install. System was installed by them less than 5 years ago. If it was difficult to install, they should have been more proactive. Common issue in community. Found vents not properly sealed from original install. Just not reliable with quality work. Tech didn't seem interested in really solving my problem or making sure the entire system worked properly. Just looked at one thing.

Won’t honor reputable diagnostic work. Will charge you $120 to come out and tell you what you already know and slow the process down. If you’re looking for second opinions, estimates for service, go elsewhere.
