We can always count on Keith Lawson Services for maintenance and repair. We had Donald Stephens out today for some technical work on our Goodman unit and the house feels better already! Donald is “the man” when it comes to settings and programs. We’ll be grateful all summer. Thank you Mr. Donald.

Keith Lawson's Service Technician, Mr. Eiler Natal did an excellent job on my repairs on 12/29/22. Both toilets are working as they were when I initially purchased them over 6 years ago. I was very impressed with his professionalism: time he provided to explain the services; his recommendations; and to answer my questions. In addition, the repairs Mr. Natal completed on the two (2) outside spigots/faucets were exceptional. Prior to the repairs, I had some conversations with my brother who lives out of town regarding my plumbing issues. Therefore, it was rewarding to have a honest technician to come to my residence to complete the required repairs. I recommend their services and will definitely be using Keith Lawson Services in the future!

I initially thought I had a coil leak as did the service person. I was prepared to pay through the nose, until they discovered I just had a blown capacitor in the outside unit. They could have told me anything or nothing, but shared the good news and saved me multiple hundreds. Never using anyone else. On time, clean, polite, professional, and honest. You can't ask for better.

We have been using Keith Lawson Services for over 20 years for our AC maintenance and repairs. They are ALWAYS professional and communicate with needs to happen and the costs. This visit we had Justin do the repair and he was very clear about our options and what things were recommended. We appreciate the consistency of service and the quality of the workmanship.

Our system shut down because of a fault in one of the controller boards. Donald Stephens came right out and confirmed what the problem was and ordered parts. When there was a delay in the shipment, he stayed in touch and moved Heaven and Earth to get them in, installed and totally checked out for performance. This is our second excellent service experience with Keith Lawson technicians, and I should add the system was installed by someone else, who couldn't even get a tech out to see it within a week.
