We had a issue where my air condition. It stop working so we called to have a tech come out. It was 8:30pm. The tech was Jesse Rhodes, he was very professional, and knowledgeable. He stuck with the problem until he determined and fixed the problem. He is an excellent employee of Keith Lawson Services. I would highly recommend Jesse Rhodes for all my Hvac issues. Outstanding job

Justin was very polite and thorough. He called to let me know he was coming and arrived as expected. He cleaned all equipment, inspected it for any problems, replaced the filter on the furnace, and checked out the thermostat including replacing the batteries. He also was kind enough to replace the batteries in my smoke detectors...that was impressive. No tech has ever offered to do that in the past. We have used KLS for about 20 years and have had great service!

Tech Anderson came out and fixed my plugged ac drain line. He gave me some good tips on drain plumbing changes and checked the system over. KL installed my system 21/2 years ago and it works great. Anderson is a great young man and a good tech.

I had a problem with my air system leaking water over my home. Keith Lawson services showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and I have not had a problem since. The price was fair and the work excellent. Cason and JR today came over and finished the venting portion of the system for the furnace. If anyone needs help on their air systems I would go to Keith Lawson Services!

Justin does an excellent job of getting to the root cause of the problem, not accepting the easy 1st solution. He is very thorough and provided a lot of good information to me as well, as he always does. A very, very nice young man and very positive about Keith Lawson Services and their reputation.

I had a clogged sewer line from my residence to the main. Family recommended Keith Lawson Services for the successful plumbing work they had done for them. Next day after calling, KLS sent out Joe Covalt and his team, who unclogged the line effectively, efficiently and in fairly short order. I very much appreciated Joe's friendly and reassuring manner, and his willingness to help me understand how my system worked, and how I could prevent similar problems. Be prepared for sticker shock because I found the cost of this job increased significantly over last year. Ask for an estimate, and shop around if you have the time.

I called late one afternoon for a stopped up waste line, they arrived by noon the next day (it was not an emergency situation). They had the line free flowing within an hour. The techs were friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. We were provided with excellent customer service by everyone at KLS. We have used their services before and will use them again, should the need arise.
