Had an emergency and needed same day service.. within two hours Adam was at my house and within 20 minutes had the problem fixed! I have been a customer with 1 hour. Air for more than 12 always done me, right? The warranty is great and their service is good. I never had problems, wsweetheart. Keep up the good work at the young man that was here today, Julian did a great job

This company is unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest. Read the better business bureau reviews on this company prior to utilizing them. Two years ago, we purchased a brand new central air unit under their recommendation as the existing unit was failing.. we spent 17,000 on the new unit. Every summer we’ve had to contact them to come fix the brand new unit they installed. We’ve asked multiple times to speak with management regarding our complaints but they will not transfer you or provide you with a direct number. They just send a message. The company has yet to fix the unit or have someone call us back.

Recently on 6/29 the a/c in my home went out. I called the a/c company that we’ve been using for the last 6 years. I was told they would be able to come out on 7/5. Obviously that was not acceptable so I gave One Hour Air a call and they came out that evening. Jesus Vazquez-Febres was our technician , he was knowledgeable, courteous and professional and had the air working again quickly. I would definitely 💯 % recommend One Hour Air.

Adam Creamer was my technician and was great! Identified my problem finding it was a simple wiring issue and fixed. He also checked remaining wiring for potential problems and then verified that everything was working to specs. Very pleased with Adam"s service!

Our service visit today was quick and very professional . Our technician, Madani was very quick to assess the root of the problem. He answered my questions without hesitation and he had a very friendly, respectful attitude. I will definitely request him for future service calls!

Our technician was thorough, maybe a little to technical but thorough. He added freon or whatever it s called today with this dye to detect leaks, he comes back looks at where the dye is leaking and then will fix the leak. Price I don't know?everything is expensive you just hope they are not cheating you. Right now a.c. is working after the freon add on.

Just want to say that our one hour AC guy Steven Rogers was stellar! He took the time to explain everything and what would be done to fix the problem. He was very helpful in explaining all the functions of the system. Thank you,

We had our AC system shut down at 2 am leaving us to go to a hotel overnight. We called various other companies who quoted ridiculous response times, upwards of 5 days. One Hour was able to send a technician out on the same day and Andres was wonderful! He fixed our system in 30 mins with reasonable prices. Needless to say, they are now our go to for any heating/cooling needs!

Do NOT USE this Company. We had a emergency service booked for July 2nd 2023 between 11-2p. The technician texted us can he arrive early and we missed the text, since we missed the texts by 20 min and respond late the technician said he moved on to his next client and we would need to call the office to reschedule. We called the Tampa office numerous times with no answer. Why would you text a client instead of just showing up at normal time if they don't respond and moving them off schedule. Then the technician was very rude when he told us we need to reschedule. This was first time I attempted to use them for a emergency and I will never use them again. Stay far away from this company if you have a emergency. Not professional at all.
