One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Tampa

Do not use this company!! Scheduled an AC checkup and it was determined that my evap coil had a leak (ok, no problem, lets fix it). They order the evap coil using our warranty information and i have not heard back since!! It has been 6 weeks and no update has been given. I call their customer line and no one has a number for the parts team or parts manager. I believe we are being scammed out of a $1300 part!!

Beware!!!

I called at 4:30 P.M. last Sunday and the tech showed up at 6:30 p.m., which is the best part of the review. The capacitor was bad, easy fix right? He charged me over $200 for a $30 capacitor! I work in supply and I can buy the same exact capacitor for $30 on Amazon. Then the service call was $198. Over $400 for an exact 22 minutes he was there. I will never use One Hour A/C for anything, and I will never recommend them either. Andy the tech was cool though, but he told me they made him charge these outrageous fees and mark-ups.

Renu Tajhar was our technician he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing, I recommend this Air conditioning Co. to anyone, he didn’t leave until the job was done wonderful😊

Please don’t be sold on 24/7 hvac repair because they don’t offer that service. Even when they installed a defective product had to wait til the next day to get a tech out. Asked management to call me, it’s been 5 days and still haven’t received a call, they truly don’t care about customer service.

These guys are the worst. Don't call them unless you want to pay way more then you should. They will over charge you again and again. I had some service attempted. They came out replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced. Charged almost $400 in labor. Now my ac doesn't work at all. And now they want $400 more dollars to fix my ac correctly. I have a 7k bill with Ben Franklin plumbing too. These guys will over charge you break your ac and leave you without. Do not use this company. I had to buy the part and replace it myself. Took weeks to fix.... I should of never called them. I've called and left messages with several different managers and no one will return my phone calls. Spent hours calling and finally got a manager. But they don't care about you. They are willing to lose you as a customer because they know they can rip off some other people.

These guys did great work in my home. Installed a whole new inside and outside unit with all new duct work in a single day for a great price. Highly recommend this company. Raynard, Jimmy, Victor, Anthony and Bobby were all knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process.
