They defrauded me this past weekend. Please do not use this company. When we first used them, we were happy. A little expensive, but the work was done well. We even signed up for the maintenance plan which includes semi-annual maintenance on our system. Their website advertise two tiers of membership, both of which make clear "same-day service if you call before noon." I called at 9:30 a.m. They wouldn't come until the next day. The standard rate (before paying for additional work or parts) is supposed to be $49.00 for members. It's not. They don't communicate any of this in advance. Not when you sign up for the membership, not when you book the service, but ONLY when the tech arrives at your home and says "There's a $12.00 fee they add that I can't remove." This means the choice is to go without AC/heating fix (major issue for Florida), or pay the $12.00. We had no choice due to the situation. Had to sign on the dotted line for them to take care of the service. I waited 24 hours to sleep on it, then called the next day to speak to someone who could explain how it's possible that they take my money for advertised services, but refuse to deliver on said services. They assured me that a manager would call back "possibly today, but definitely no later than tomorrow." This was Monday. It's now Thursday. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. People in a tough spot need this service and you LIE to them. This is called FRAUD. You have defrauded me and now it's my personal project to ensure as many people as possible know about this criminal enterprise. You should run for congress, Scott's One Hour Air.

Worst company I ever experience with. They get paid and do not deliver. It's been 4 months since I paid them to replace my Air conditioning unit. First I spent weeks trying to make appointments for them to come finish the job; when I was finally able to schedule appointments, they do not show up and they don't even call to cancel.
They couldn't even install the correct size filter. When they finally make the appointment a couple of weeks ago. They damaged my wood floor and there is a leak in the UC unit that they still have not come to fix. I took time off of work last week for them to come fix the issues and complete the job; they did not show up now did they call. when I called them that day they said they would have the store manager call me. I still haven't received any call. Please save yourself the headache and the pain of having to deal with them. Use a different company!

In 2021 our then 4yr old system began not working properly. We called Scott’s out and they said we needed to replace our duct work in our ceiling(sealed, mobile home) after many many rounds with these guys telling us it was on “us problem” not a unit problem we just stopped contacting them. I tried going the BBB route but JOHNATHAN(then manager) LIED and said they had spent over $16k trying to fix our issue(if that was the truth why would you even when the unit wasn’t even worth $10k) fast forward to beginning of 2023 the unit went completely out so we called other companies. Got quotes and they all said the same thing txv valve was cracked and they all told us it had probably been leaking for a long time(read: when Scott’s was giving us the run around!) had another company replace the evaporator coil/txv valve and boom. All our problems are solved! The room we couldn’t get air into, now getting air, the inability to get lower than 65 coming out the vents now getting 54. All the issues we had gone. This was a SCOTTS UNIT PROBLEM not a “duct problem” which. Go ahead and read through other reviews it seems Scott’s loves to pin issues on people’s duct work. Lots of people said they were told the same thing. Do not use these guys!

New Update 6/14-2023:
You guys are getting on my nerve.
We had Monday booked with you. We called since you did not come. You said we was not on the calendar.
So, we re-booked for Tuesday. And you did Not come again!
So we re-booked for today. Wednesday, 11am---2pm. And you have Not showed up or called us again!!!
What is wrong with you???
You single-handed ruined my vacation week, by not showing up! :-(
And for this we pay you $28 week?
I am NOT happy!

PS. Update at 3pm. Tech arrived at last.
There is still hope, but it was on a thread.

Old updated review:
We have been using OneHour air for over 15 years.
They installed our first AC unit. And when that one croked 10 years later, we hired them to install a new AC unit.
Now it happened so that the installers did not install it correctly..
..and nobody noticed until Antonio Blocker, their newly hired Tech was here to do the regular 6 month service.
He noticed that the indoor unit Condenser Safe-T-switch was not doing what it was supposed to do! (Turn off the AC when too much condensed water is detected). And by checking all possibilities, he saw that the cables that goes from the condens water eject pump, and the Safe-T-switch had been connected the wrong way! And he got that wired right! So, huge Kudos and 5 stars to Antonio to be observant!
And 3 stars to the company for Not checking the initial install that has been running for 2 years wrongfully wired!
