I purchased a new AC system from this company in Tampa but unfortunately it failed inspection for some minor issues. These minor issues have been turned into a huge waste of my time due to the complete lack of effort and apparent disorganization to make it right. Im on my 8th visit and numerous phone calls since this AC was installed in June. Its November and its still not fixed... worst service I have ever had. Writing this review publicly as there is no easy way to get a manager on the phone to own the problem.

Our A/C died in the middle of summer. While the price was high, they were available to do the installation in a reasonable time so I went with it, and it has been a very costly mistake. Despite paying for their platinum plan which the salesman assured me, means any issues are taken care of even if not covered under warranty. Almost every visit, there is some other thing to buy or install that isn't covered under the warranty or the "platinum" plan. This would be bad enough, but the system is still not reliable 2 years later after multiple visits. Bottom Line, you'll pay for top level service and get very little.
