Have always received great service from Ferguson and this time was no different. Joe was very professional and courteous, he serviced the heating system and explained in detail what he did. Great Service.

Jay and Jordan arrived on time. They and I talked about the proposal that another Ferguson tech had created a few weeks earlier as I explained what I was wanting. They installed a brand new HVAC duct from the furnace to the new sunroom addition. They reconnected the HVAC ducts to the kitchen and main bathroom. All the rooms are much more comfortable as a result of their work.

It’s comforting to know there’s a Professional and Knowledgeable HVAC company that stands by what they say. They went above and beyond what was expected. From start to finish I felt comfortable. They answered every question I presented them with in a detailed manner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
