Saturday morning call on Memorial Day Weekend. Outstanding and responsive service on what might be the least convenient day of the year for an air conditioning outage. As always, fantastic support from the team at Ferguson. We are especially thankful for Abraham’s friendly attitude and professional skills - he had us back in business in record time!

We've been customers of Ferguson Heating and Air Conditioning for over 10 years. The technicians and office staff are always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They've been up front about problems with our systems and given options when available. We've never felt pushed to make a decision or purchase a product. They really care for their customers.

Expectations!! I currently have a warranty on my AC unit with Carrier and need it to be replaced not just fixed. I haven't had any work done yet, but from the customer service I have experienced from Susan assures me that I am in the right place. I wish I would have know about them before. Once I have services completed I will write another review. Right now Susan has me at a 5 star review for Ferguson!

Nolan and Greg were new technicians to us but we have come to have high expectations from Ferguson. As usual the service was very professional and courteous. The air conditioning stopped working in the evening, I called Ferguson the next morning and they said they could have someone out between 11-2. Abraham showed up around 11, he was very friendly, courteous and efficient. He got right to work and had the AC working in a few minutes, we were extremely pleased, as it was very hot weather. I would definitely recommend Ferguson.
