Ferguson Heating & Air Conditioning

Alan and his team at Ferguson Heating and Air do a great job maintaining HVAC units in our office. Their customer service is excellent and they are always ready to answer a call when you need them.

I’m writing this review to let people know that my overall experience was more than I expected, especially from a layman’s point of view! Joel was very knowledgeable. Looking forward to adding him to my repair list if needed.

Great Service again from Ferguson Heating and Air Conditioning. Our air was out and they came immediately. They arrived when they said they would and fixed our problem. That's why I've used them for over 10 years.

In the years of dealing with HVAC technicians I've never come across one that was as knowledgeable as Rick Glover. From the moment I explained my issues to Rick he instantly asked to see the HVAC lay out and within a few minutes he was able to identify all the duct work in a my 3 story home. He also found a few problems with the duct work that 2 other reputable companies did not find when I had called to have the HVAC air flow checked. Rick took notes of everything that needs corrections and all that needs to be done to fix my issues once and for all. I look forward to dealing with Ferguson Heating moving forward.

Before contacting Ferguson I had already gotten a couple of quotes for system replacement but none of the companies took the time to examine my current setup and duct work to see if there should be any changes considering that the system is 20 years old and portions of my insulation were coming off and there is a lot of duct tape used in some places. Rick was the first to go into the crawlspace with me and explain what my current system looked like and what changes would be made if a new system was installed. He also took a look inside the house checking all my vents to ensure that my air flow matched the system. Rick was even able to give me a solution to moving a return vent that is in a wall we want to eventually open up. He has been prompt with phone calls and since the company is currently changing computer systems has offered to print out and bring several quotes by my house since the email portion isn't working at the moment.

We bought out HVAC systems from Ferguson's 12 years ago and have had them service them ever since. For sales and service our experience has been 100% positive.
