0 stars as far as I'm concerned!! I've been waiting for a furnace repair for nearly 7 months. Waiting for a part to come in and repeatedly told "in 2 weeks". Manufacturer delay they say. If so, it's not their fault, but it has been since April!! It is far past time to notify the home warranty company that they can't get the part and therefore cannot repair the furnace so that we can move forward. Temps dropped to 30 degrees and still no heat in the home!! Manufacturer delay or not, if you can't get the part, you can't make the repair. Move to the next step! Nope, not this company. They will wait it out. nearly 7 months. RIDICULOUS!! Fast response--HA!
Roman solved the lack of heat problem very quickly. He patiently answered all my technical questions and was polite the entire time. Fortunate that he solved the problem before the big storm hits tonight.
Fast response was assigned by our warranty company. Our technician Roman was professional and resolved our issue quickly while he educated us on our AC unit He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
The technician Roman was very helpful. He called ahead and provided quick solutions to my heating problem. I appreciate your advice and quick and effective service.
Thus company is no where near a Fast Response their turnaround is damn near 4days and they lady that answer their phone like lacks empathy and really doesn't care. When someone's air or heat is out it not a playing time! Please learn to be a Fast Response. American Home Shield should have never contracted with them. I'm disgusted with their service.
