Best technicians anywhere! We have used them several times for our high maintenance Bryant system. This time our furnace was out and Nate immediately knew what was going on and how to fix the problem as inexpensively as possible. Highly recommend!

Fast Response was contracted by my home warranty company for an HVAC repair. While they were quick in getting a technician out, this has not been a pleasant (or ‘fast’) experience. I have been trying for 4 days to get the details of my repair, including whether or not it was even completed. I can’t get a hold of anyone at the local office, and no one has called me back. I will be reaching out to my home warranty company with my concerns.

ETA: I finally received a call back with repair confirmation and instructions that should have been given to me the day of the repair. This has been really silly. My review doesn’t change; I will request another vendor through my home warranty in the future.

If I could do it again I would not give my business to Fast Response. We’ve used Fast Response for a couple years through our home warranty and always had a pleasant experience with them. When it came to replacing our ac unit they were extremely fast in providing the initial install but now that we have given them our money and everything is “working” it has been an absolute nightmare getting a technician back out to our home to finish the job. We’ve called several times to get this scheduled, most of the time getting their voicemail and never getting a call back. The times we have gotten through to a person we’ve been placed on hold and then told they’ll call us back to schedule and then they never call back. Save your money for a company that will actually finish the job.
