My technician’s name was Nate and he was very professional and kind. He listened to all my concerns and made sure everything was completed the right way, and in a timely manner. I will definitely refer this business to friends and family!
Fast Response was sent by our home warranty company to diagnose and repair our furnace. Worse experience than I could've ever imagined. The tech has made 5 service calls to our house trying to diagnose the issue, replacing various parts. Four weeks ago, we were told we needed a control panel. Two weeks later, I called to check on the status of the order and was told there was no record of the order and they'd have to contact the tech and call me back. I called the next day because they failed to call me back and was assured it had been ordered, but was on backorder. Another two weeks later (this week), I called to check on the status again and was told yet again that no order was ever placed so they'd have to contact the tech and call me back. I called back the next day after they failed to call me back...again...and was told a senior tech had been requested for a second opinion and would be coming the next day (now yesterday). No one had shown up by 4:00 so we called to confirm and were told we were still on the schedule. No one ever showed up or called to cancel. We have now been without heat for 2 months and their only response is that a senior tech will be there sometime tomorrow between 8 and 8....which is what was supposed to happen yesterday. Don't waste your time. Contact someone else.

We are now three weeks without AC and just going through our own contractor and canceling the home warranty so we never have to use this company again. They literally don’t care about customer service or doing a good job. Sadly they will stay in business because they get service from the scamming home warranty companies.
Nate showed up promptly, was courteous and professional. diagmnosed the problem within minutes and set me up for the replcement part & the repair. showed me eaxctly what was wrong. I was very pleased with his service and that of Fast Response

He told me a part would have to be ordered and it would take about two days. And when it arrives he would come back and install it at no charge!
I would not recommend this business to anyone! The estimate we received was fraud and included items not necessary for a coil replacement: like electric, drain and code modifications--$1800 for stuff that was not needed. When we asked for a written estimate, we have been stonewalled and continuously promised it's in the mail. We had a reputable company give us a second opinion and do the repair. We are reporting them to American Home Shield's contract department since looking at the BBB reviews there are lots of people dropping their AHS contracts over Fast Response's terrible business practices.
Roman was great. He was very informative and solved our problem. He throughly explained everything ensured we were educated on options and ways to heat our home.
Roman gave our HVAC unit an inspection & wintertime tune-up and is a 5-star pro. He explained all he was doing and what he was looking for along with answering all questions. Tremendous!
Nate was quick to spot the problem and fix it. He had the part he needed with him and was able to give us heat today!! Very punctual, knowledgeable, and polite. Highly recommended!!!
