Butcher Air Conditioning

We had fiberglass insulation removed and closed cell foam installation installed under our pier and beam foundation home. I started working with Earl who was so patient and informative. I also worked with supervisor, Corey, who was very helpful and professional. Will, Max, and their team were very professional and hard-working the whole time. I highly recommend them! I am very happy with their work and how they maintained the cleanliness in their workspace the whole time. They were all so respectful. Besides the trucks in the driveway, I barely knew they were here. Butcher is a wonderful company to work with.

Can't say enough good things about the men that showed up to install the A/C! Very excellent customer service skills; actively listened, took time to understand showed courtesy and sincere concern. A whole team came by; Eric, Randy, David, Jason, and Clayton. Told ya! Every last one of them showed great care in what they did and were neat and tidy which is important to busy business owners who don't have time to clean up after folks. They also gave me tips on how to operate it best. I was so impressed with their treatment of me personally that I gave them free comic books!! :)

We had a recent repair and also signed up for the routine maintenance twice a year. Aaron Duplantis came out and serviced our 2 units. After checking it out he let me know that these units had not been cleaned in MANY years. He took his time with it and got them clean and did all the checks and other maintenance. I appreciated how professional and friendly he was as well as informative about my units. We recently bought our home and the only thing I knew was that one of the units was OLD. I appreciate him and the team at Butcher!

Butcher installs a closed cell insulation in all of our oilfield electrical control rooms. They always do a great Job and scheduling is always painless. They also manage all our office A/c units and are very quick to come out any time we have an issue. Great Company and great service !

Excellent experience with Butcher A/C. Very quick response time. Tyler R. responded to the call. A fuse protecting my unit blew. I contacted Butcher because I was concerned that there was a problem with the outside portion of my system which caused the fuse to blow. Tyler checked the system and confirmed that a bad capacitor was the cause for the failure. He replaced the capacitor and both fuses (only one was blown but the other fuse was more than 10 years old). Tyler consulted with me and explained the problem and the recommended repairs. He completed the service appointment in less than 1 hour. The charges were reasonable. I may have been able to find a cheaper price but no other company in the area responds as quickly as Butcher or provides quick and quality service. Butcher has been in business for more than 70 years and there is a reason for their more than 70 years as the premier A/C company in Acadiana. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service! My AC went out on Saturday and they were there early Sunday morning to replace it. Mike, case and Alex did a great job.

Recently, I contracted Butcher to install insulation in my attic. They did a fantastic job!! Very professional, very clean work! I am so happy that I hired them because I don't think any other company would have been able to do what they did at my home. I have tongue and groove wood ceilings throughout most of my home which was constructed some time in the late 1940's, 1950's. Beautiful ceilings but it required a unique solution for insulation. It required highly competent, talented people. Let me tell you. Ryan, Paul and their crew were absolutely incredible!! I cannot say enough how impressed I am with how Ryan tackled the problem, came up with a solution, discussed the plan with me, and answered all of my questions with patience and a smile. Not once was he anything but professional and patient addressing all of my concerns. And, the work they did in my attic so professional and so clean. They cleaned the floors in my home because some of the dust that had accumulated in the attic over the many years fell through the cracks in the ceiling onto the floor as they were prepping my attic for insulation. Ryan and Paul made sure that they left my home clean and in tact!. I highly recommend that anyone needing insulation, call Butcher. You will not regret it. My experience with them is a great example of feeling like you got the gold star service. These days it is real hard to get that level of competence, professionalism and customer service all in one.

Came out after hours. Repaired old unit to get me through the weekend. Salesman came on Sunday to quote price for new I stall. Workers were at my at 7AM next day to install new unit. They were very courteous and professional. Great group of guys. Went above and beyond!

Experienced issues with Fan not working. Tech, Damon was at my home within an hour to get my unit running again. Excellent customer service and response time! Thank you!

Sales and installation of my new HVAC unit, ducting and insulation was such a great experience! All staff is friendly, professional and tidied up afterwards.
