The team that replaced my unit was friendly and professional. They salesman was also friendly and professional. The only issue was that the young man didn’t glue the elbow joint that extended over the drain pan. And there was a leak. Now I have to find someone to replace the wood and hope that there isn’t a future mold issue.

We have used Butcher for several years now and would not consider anyone else. This was the second time we have done a complete replacement of an existing HVAC system that was installed when we bought the house. Our salesman Ryan Haydel is extremely knowledgable and helped us to choose the right system to meet our needs. The installation technicians, Grant Martin and Cody Trahan, were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They went over all of the details of the installation and operation of the system. They made sure that my home was clean and any materials picked up and hauled off. I have used Butcher for maintenance for years and all of the staff is the best. I could not be more satisfied. The manager, Ryan, walked us through the process and went over all options available. I will say you get what you pay for. Our AC quit 9-2-21. We have relatives coming for the weekend arriving 9-3-21. Our 'normal" repair guys couldn't guarantee getting to us 9-2 or 9-3. I called Butcher for the first time.
