I'm coming up on renewing my maintenance agreement and i'm renewing early! Butcher provides quality service and keeps my old AC running true! I've had James Sweat come out for the last service and he took his time cleaning and servicing the indoor and outdoor units.

Technician James Sweat serviced our unit and system. He did a very thorough and professional job and gave us a complete review of his visit at completion. We have used Butcher AC for all our AC needs and we have always been most pleased with the results. This was no exception. The service, as always, was excellent. We'll be continuing to call them for all our AC and heating needs.

I rarely leave reviews on Google but just had to write one today because of my great experience. Called Butcher AC this morning because our heater was having issues. Only took about an hour for the service tech, Jack, to show up. I was already surprised by how quickly he came over. He provided phenomenal service! Stood with me by the thermostat to listen to the issues I was having and truly understand and discuss them with me. We then proceeded to the outside unit to check some potential causes. He worked on it for a few minutes, we came back inside, tested, and everything was working again! Ran a few more tests just to be certain, and confirmed we were good to go. Now we have working Heat for this chilly weather. I highly recommend Jack and Butcher AC! He was friendly, personable, took the time to slowly explain everything (and provide some added tips for general Home maintenance), and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was so afraid to call any AC company due to fear of some exorbitant charge that we might face, but I’m so glad I called Butch now. Won’t hesitate to contact them again or recommend them to others. The technical staff consulted me during various steps of the installation process to make sure the placement and aesthetics were as I wanted.
