Although the ladies in the office and the techs can be a pleasure to deal with I will have to leave this review at 3 stars. They changed expensive parts and recommended all new ducts in my house by the end of everything said and done a 3rd company came out and found simply that only our outside units were dirty and needed to be cleaned. once they clean them everything began to work again. I can not recommended Butcher Air. Hope this helps

Ran into a employee name Randy today at a convenience store had questions about ac/heat he was very nice and knowledgeable and took his time to give me a card. I will be using this business in the future.

What a GREAT experience with BRETT!!! We had our unit serviced by small town company. The unit began not keeping up. We called butcher and they were here with in 45 minutes. Brett found that there was way to much Freon that was put into our unit. He even stayed with us until our unit cooled off. He explained every step!!! I will definitely NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY!! #BUTCHER ALL THE WAY!!!

Darrian was great! He was helpful and very cheerful. He listened to my story about our unit and worked with me to find a solution that would suit me best. He also inspected my outside unit and noted that a part was in decline and as a result offered to swap it out. He was not pushy in any way and was very clear about things that were certain and unknowns. He did a great job!

My installers were Zack W and Marcus which i could have not for any better.They were both polite and very throughl threw out the installation. everything was cleaned and pickup.. Great HIRE for BUTHER.. Thanks Andrea and Brent PITRE. 04/01/2022

Very professional, courteous, respectful and careful to keep socially distant during these times of pandemic. We were afraid to have anyone in our house because we have compromised immune systems. Darrian was
super cautious, wore gloves and a mask while he worked the whole time. He wasted no time and did a thorough job servicing our unit. We are so glad to have bought it from Butcher and continue to have them do the twice annual servicing.

We had a new air-conditioning system with the ducting system completely replaced yesterday.The installation crew did an outstanding job from the time they arrived until the completion of job. They worked as a team, were very efficient and professional. Jason, Dylan, Miles and the support team who arrived later to help(Clayton and Anthony), were available for all questions , respectful , professional and most of all hardworking non stop until the job was complete. Jason went over all technical aspects until my husband and I felt comfortable using equipment.I would highly recommend Butcher to family and friends. Thanks Butcher Air Conditioning.

Butcher AC is such a reliable company! They are available on short notice, which is my favorite part. We have used Butcher AC for a capacitor replacement in July 20, and for routine maintenance after a home inspection in October 20. They are reasonably priced and don’t try to convince you to do more than what is necessary for your system. My husband and I would and will recommend them to anyone who asks! Can't say enough good about Butcher AC and in particular James Sweat who recently completed my second AC maintenance visit. James always arrives on time, and goes about the units like a seasoned professional, gladly pointing out tips and tricks to maximizing the system in this unseasonably hot weather.
