A/C failed at 8pm on a Friday before a long weekend with 90+ heat coming. Michael Bonsby team were incredibly responsive, going so far as to call back less than 30 minutes later to ensure we could get on the emergency schedule first thing the next morning. Technician was super polite, explanatory, and effective, and had our system back up and running within a few hours. Would highly recommend!

Samuel was prompt and responsive to our needs when the heat went out early Sunday morning. He explained everything, did not try to sell us something we did not need, and spent extra time to make sure everything was all set. Thank you Samuel.

My HVAC went out on a Monday morning during the first cold snap of the year. The technician came the very next morning and the problem was solved 28 hours later. Visit fees, service rates and parts, at the upper tier of market rates but well worth the quality and responsiveness of service.

Micheal Bonsby has been our go to company for routine maintenance & repair of the older heating and ac systems for over 5 years. They also installed new systems when the origional systems were aged and failed. No glitches with new installations. All personnel are
highly professional, well trained knowledgeable and courteous. Pricing has been fair.

This is the second time I’ve used this company and they’ve been great both times. Both times I’ve had a broken AC and they’ve fixed it both times.

Really happy with Bonsby and with the plumber they sent. We’d called several other companies for a problem with our hot water and no one was able to get to the bottom of it. Justin was able to quickly identify the problem, fix it and and also address an issue with our toilet. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Will definitely be using them again.

Clifton did a great job troubleshooting and quickly recognizing the problem. He had the necessary part and resolved the issue promptly. He tested the system afterwards to ensure everything was working as expected. Very happy with the work performed for a reasonable cost.

We needed a new furnace and air conditioner installed and we contacted Bonsby. From the initial meeting with salesman David, to the final installation, service was superb. The technicians Will and James were extremely professional and respectful and had the footpaths and work areas carefully covered. Since the equipment was old, and there was a lot of overhauling involved, they worked tirelessly the entire 8-hour day. Will’s knowledge and expertise in this field shows and after completion, he took the time to explain how each unit operates. We cannot say enough how pleased we are with the end product. Kudos to Bonsby and to the excellent staff and service!

I installed a smart thermostat but didn’t do something right because the heat would not work properly. My technician, Jason, was amazing and so helpful. So happy with the service.
