I have been a recurring customer of Michael Bonsby Heating and Cooling. Their technicians have always been professional and do an exemplary job explaining recommendations. Clinton has serviced my system before and is always great.

UPDATE: Just had our seasonal A/C unit maintenance and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service. The technician was very prompt, friendly, and quick. We'll definitely stick with this company.

Once the technician arrived, he was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They had to bump my original appointment (scheduled months ago) for a more urgent task, and promised to keep me posted on the tech's arrival time. Our definitions of "keep me posted" were clearly different, as I had to call to get updates as the target times came/went.

The Michael Bonsby Heating and Air technicians were very professional and respectful. They were very careful in protecting the floors and overall home environment. They also did a good job explaining the operations of the system. I would definitely recommend them.

Michael Bonsby was able to get a technician to help us the same day as we placed the call, even though it's a busy time of year. The technician dealt expertly and calmly with a difficult situation. My only complaint is that the office staff could've been a lot clearer in communicating about the timing of parts and repairs. The repairs took place a day later than we'd been told they would and not during the time frame (actually earlier) that we'd been given.

I had a ac/heating system installed in March 2020 and starting in July 2020 it stopped working. I had someone come out three times to fix it with no resolution. I paid over 13k for this system and I've requested them to remove the entire unit and my money back. Now they are saying they can't do that. I'm afraid the system will break down later and it will be out of warranty. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. The workers are great, customer service is great, but the system is not. Royally disappointed in this system. I want the system out!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. We bought a furnace from them when ours broke on Christmas Day and I was impressed then with them. We called them again 2 days ago to look at our AC when we couldn't get our house to cool on the 90+ degree days. I don't think in my 30+ years of home ownership I have ever had such wonderful service. On every level I rate this a 5-star company, and Tay a 5-star technician. Very impressive!!

During seasonal maintenance the technician noticed a part that was close to failing. After the appointment I emailed a request to have the part replaced. The office promptly called me back to get more information, checked for part availability, and called me back to schedule an appointment.

On the day of the appointment, I received a text message when the technician was on their way and they arrived during the scheduled time slot.

The technician was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The part replacement was completed quickly.

Will certainly contact Michael Bonsby Heating and Air Conditioning for future repairs.

Davontay was great!! Very, very nice guy who knew exactly what he was doing and figured out the problem very quickly for us. Great experience overall—from first phone call to schedule the service to Davontay making things right and getting our heat pump back online. We never call any other companies when we need service—just Bonsby.

I've used Michael Bonsby to replace 2 units as well as the annual service contract. Their rates are fair and I never feel like they are trying to sell me. Each time they've come to my home they've been professional and knowledgable. I'd recommend them to friends and family.
